Abstract

« Fluctuations du prix du pétrole, politique économique et croissance en Algérie » Résumé : L’objectif de la présente thèse est de déterminer l’influence des fluctuations du prix du pétrole sur les orientations de la politique économique en Algérie, et leur impact sur sa croissance économique à travers l’analyse des orientations de sa politique économique à la lumière de la conjoncture pétrolière, ainsi qu’une modélisation ARDL sur la période 1986-2019. Nous avons abouti au résultat que la conduite de la politique économique est fortement liée à la conjoncture pétrolière. Par ailleurs, l’étude économétrique révèle que l’impact des fluctuations du prix du pétrole sur la croissance économique varie d’une période à une autre selon la conjoncture pétrolière. Mots clés : Prix du pétrole, politique économique, croissance économique rente, modélisation économétrique. « Oil Price Fluctuations, Economic Policy and Growth in Algeria » Abstract : The aim of this thesis is to determine the influence of oil price fluctuations on the orientations of economic policy in Algeria, and their impact on its economic growth through the analysis of the orientations of its economic policy in light of the oil situation, as well as ARDL modeling over the period 1986-2019. We reached the result that the conduct of economic policy is strongly linked to the oil situation. Furthermore, the econometric study reveals that the impact of oil price fluctuations on economic growth varies from one period to another depending on the oil situation.
