Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى دراسة النزاهة – كقيمة أخلاقية، دينية و اجتماعية– لدى الطالبات الجامعيات وذلك في ظل التغيرات و التحولات الاجتماعية التي شهدها المجتمع الجزائري في السنوات الأخيرة حيث كان لها أثر و انعكاس جلي على الاهتمامات المتعلقة بالحياة الاجتماعية للطالبات الجامعيات خاصة و أن الفتاة بشكل عام تحررت من بعض العادات و القيم و الضوابط التقليدية وهذا الأمر دفع بعض الطالبات إلى اكتساب و تبنى قيم و سلوكيات جديدة لا تتوافق في بعض الأحيان مع قيم النزاهة. وعلى الرغم من اعتبار التعليم السبيل الأساسي للمحافظة على مختلف القيم الأخلاقية و الاجتماعية و بالخصوص قيم النزاهة التي أصبحت مطلوبة في مختلف مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية، كما أنها لم تعد مجرد قيمة و إنما أصبحت ظاهرة إنسانية يتحكم فيها سلوك الإنسان و قوانينه. و هذا الأمر جعل النزاهة هدف أساسي وقيمة جوهرية يسعى المجتمع بكل مؤسساته إلى غرسها في نفوس أفراده وتنشئتهم عليها ، ولكن ما نلاحظه في واقعنا المعاش هو أن هناك العديد من الظواهر الاجتماعية و السلوكيات التي لا تمت بصلة للنزاهة أخذت تنتشر في صفوف الطلبة عامة و الطالبات خاصة ومن ضمنها ظاهرة الغش ، العلاقات غير الشرعية ، التدخين ، شرب الخمر، السرقة...الخ .و هذا الأمر هو عكس المتوقع أو المنتظر منهن باعتبارهن يمثلن الفئة التي يعول عليها المجتمع في تربية الأجيال. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي: - أن قيم النزاهة و أنماط السلوك الاجتماعي المنتهجة من طرف الطالبة الجامعية هي في مجملها انعكاس لما هو سائد في المجتمع من الازدواجية و الانفصام اللذان خلفهما تبني مجتمعنا لمشروع الحداثة. - أن السلوك الاجتماعي للطالبات هو عبارة عن نشاط يصدر عنها نتيجة تفاعلها مع ظروف البيئة الاجتماعية و خاصة الجامعية وذلك من خلال محاولات تعديل وتغيير بعض القيم ( ثقافة اللباس، ثقافة الأكل، إقامة العلاقات العاطفية... ) من أجل مسايرة متطلبات الحياة العصرية الأمر الذي انجر عنه ظهور مفارقة قيمية على مستوى نسق القيم المتصورة لدى الطالبات ونسق القيم الواقعية المجسدة في سلوكهن. - أن رغبة الطالبات في تحقيق أهدافهن أو أحلامهن إن صح التعبير تدفعهن إلى تضييق المجال الاجتماعي لقيمة النزاهة على حساب متطلبات الحياة العصرية المتمثلة في الحرية، العمل، الموضة و التحضر. - أن سعي بعض الطالبات إلى التكيف مع نمط الحياة العصرية لم يؤثر على سلوكاتهن و التزامهن بقيم النزاهة فحسب، و إنما أثر حتى على خصوصياتهن و هويتهن الدينية و الثقافية وبالتالي فإن هذا الأمر يكشف لنا حقيقة انتشار اغتراب قيمي و ثقافي بين الطلبة عامة و الطالبات خاصة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التغيرات الاجتماعية ؛ القيم ؛ السلوك الاجتماعي؛ الطالبات الجامعيات؛ النزاهة. summary Through this research, we aim to study integrity - as a moral, religious and social value - among university students, in light of the social changes and transformations witnessed by Algerian society in recent years, where it had an impact and a clear reflection on the interests related to the social life of university students, especially since the girl in general was liberated from some customs, values and traditional controls, and this prompted some students to acquire and adopt new values and behaviors that are incompatible in Sometimes with values of integrity. Although education is considered the main way to preserve various moral and social values, especially the values of integrity, which have become required in various areas of social life, it is no longer just a value, but has become a human phenomenon controlled by human behavior and laws. This has made integrity a basic goal and a fundamental value that society with all its institutions seeks to instill in the hearts of its members and raise them up, but what we observe in our lived reality is that there are many social phenomena and behaviors that have nothing to do with integrity have been spreading among students in general and female students in particular, including the phenomenon of cheating, illegal relationships, smoking, drinking alcohol, theft... This is the opposite of what is expected or expected of them as they represent the group on which society relies in raising generations. Through this study, we have reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: - The values of integrity and social behavior patterns adopted by the university student are in their entirety a reflection of the prevailing duality and schizophrenia left by our society's adoption of the modernity project. - The social behavior of female students is an activity issued by them as a result of their interaction with the conditions of the social environment, especially university, through attempts to modify and change some values (dress culture, eating culture, establishing emotional relationships ...) in order to keep pace with the requirements of modern life, which resulted in the emergence of a value paradox at the level of the system of perceived values among students and the pattern of realistic values embodied in their behavior. - The desire of students to achieve their goals or dreams, so to speak, pushes them to narrow the social field to the value of integrity at the expense of the requirements of modern life represented in freedom, work, fashion and urbanization. - The quest of some students to adapt to the modern lifestyle did not affect their behavior and commitment to the values of integrity only, but even affected their privacy and religious and cultural identity, and therefore this matter reveals to us the fact of the spread of value and cultural alienation among students in general and students in particular. Keywords: social changes; values; social behavior; students; integrity. résumé À travers cette recherche, nous visons à étudier l’intégrité - en tant que valeur morale, religieuse et sociale - chez les étudiants universitaires, à la lumière des changements sociaux et des transformations observées par la société algérienne ces dernières années, où elle a eu un impact et une réflexion claire sur les intérêts liés à la vie sociale des étudiants universitaires, d’autant plus que la fille en général a été libérée de certaines coutumes, valeurs et contrôles traditionnels, ce qui a incité certains étudiants à acquérir et à adopter de nouvelles valeurs et comportements incompatibles avec les étudiants. Parfois avec des valeurs d’intégrité Bien que l’éducation soit considérée comme le principal moyen de préserver diverses valeurs morales et sociales, en particulier les valeurs d’intégrité, qui sont devenues nécessaires dans divers domaines de la vie sociale, elle n’est plus seulement une valeur, mais est devenue un phénomène humain contrôlé par le comportement humain et les lois. Cela a fait de l’intégrité un objectif fondamental et une valeur fondamentale que la société avec toutes ses institutions cherche à inculquer dans le cœur de ses membres et à les élever, mais ce que nous observons dans notre réalité vécue, c’est qu’il existe de nombreux phénomènes sociaux et comportements qui n’ont rien à voir avec l’intégrité qui se sont répandus parmi les étudiants en général et les étudiantes en particulier, y compris le phénomène de la tricherie, des relations illégales, du tabagisme, de la consommation d’alcool, du vol... C’est le contraire de ce que l’on attend ou attend d’eux, car ils représentent le groupe sur lequel la société s’appuie pour élever des générations. Grâce à cette étude, nous avons atteint un certain nombre de résultats, dont les plus importants sont les suivants: - Les valeurs d’intégrité et les modèles de comportement social adoptés par l’étudiant universitaire sont dans leur intégralité un reflet de la dualité dominante et de la schizophrénie laissées par l’adoption par notre société du projet de modernité. - Le comportement social des étudiantes est une activité émise par elles à la suite de leur interaction avec les conditions de l’environnement social, en particulier universitaire, à travers des tentatives de modifier et de changer certaines valeurs (culture vestimentaire, culture alimentaire, établissement de relations émotionnelles ...) afin de suivre le rythme des exigences de la vie moderne, ce qui a entraîné l’émergence d’un paradoxe de valeur au niveau du système de valeurs perçues parmi les étudiants et du modèle de valeurs réalistes incarnées dans leur comportement. - Le désir des étudiants d’atteindre leurs objectifs ou leurs rêves, pour ainsi dire, les pousse à réduire le champ social à la valeur de l’intégrité au détriment des exigences de la vie moderne représentées dans la liberté, le travail, la mode et l’urbanisation. - La quête de certains étudiants pour s’adapter au mode de vie moderne n’a pas seulement affecté leur comportement et leur engagement envers les valeurs d’intégrité, mais a même affecté leur vie privée et leur identité religieuse et culturelle, et donc cette affaire nous révèle le fait de la propagation de la valeur et de l’aliénation culturelle parmi les étudiants en général et les étudiants en particulier.
