مظاهر الإجهاد وعلاقتها بنظام العمل د ا رسة فرقية بين نظام العمل بالمناوبة والنظام العمل العادي بأسبع ولاية أد ا ر ر

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين مظاهر الإجهاد ونظام العمل من حيث الفروق بين مجموعات عمال اليوم العادي ونظام العمل بالمناوبة وفق متغيرات السن، الجنس، الأقدمية في العمل. الإجراءات المنهجية: إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يلائم طبيعة الموضوع وكذا المنهج المقارن بين عينتين من كلا أنظمة العمل لدى عمال مصفاة أسبع بولاية أدرار، حيث تألف مجتمع الدراسة من عمال مصفاة أسبع بولاية أدرار وعددهم 560 عاملا ، يعملون مابين النظام العادي والعمل في إطار بالمناوبة حيث بلغت نسبة عمال المناوبة 260 عاملا وكذا نسبة عمال النظام العادي 250عاملا وقد طبق عليهم مقياس مقياس الإجهاد وهو من إعداد الباحثة (فتيحة بن زروال) . النتائج: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد الجسدية لصالح عمال المناوبة (4 x 4) مقارنة بعمال اليوم العادي. 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد النفسية لصالح عمال المناوبة (4 x 4) مقارنة بعمال اليوم العادي. 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد السلوكية لصالح عمال المناوبة (4 x 4) مقارنة باليوم العادي. 4- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المظاهر السلوكية الغير صحية لصالح عمال المناوبة (4 x 4) مقارنة بعمال اليوم العادي. 5- توجد فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد الجسدية لصالح العمال المتزوجين في نظام العمل بالمناوبة (4 x 4). 6- توجد فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد النفسية لصالح العمال المتزوجين في نظام العمل بالمناوبة (4 x 4). 7- توجد فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد السلوكية لصالح العمال المتزوجين في نظام العمل بالمناوبة (4 x 4). 8- توجد فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد الجسدية لصالح العمال الأكثر الأقدمية في نظام العمل بالمناوبة (x4 4). 9- توجد فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد النفسية لصالح العمال الأكثر الأقدمية في نظام العمل بالمناوبة (4 x 4). 10- توجد فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الإستجابة لمظاهر الإجهاد السلوكية لصالح العمال الأكثر الأقدمية في نظام العمل بالمناوبة (4 x 4). Cette recherche vise à étudier la relation entre les manifestations du stress et le système de travail en termes de différences entre les groupes de travailleurs journaliers ordinaires et le système de travail posté en fonction de variables d’âge, de sexe, d’ancienneté au travail. Procédures méthodologiques : Le chercheur a utilisé l’approche descriptive et analytique qui convient à la nature du sujet ainsi que l’approche comparative entre deux échantillons des deux systèmes de travail des travailleurs de la raffinerie d’Asbaa dans l’État d’Adrar, où la population étudiée était composée des travailleurs des sept raffineries de l’État d’Adrar, soit 560 travailleurs, travailler entre le système normal et travailler dans un cadre posté, où le pourcentage de travailleurs postés a atteint 260 travailleurs ainsi que le pourcentage de travailleurs du système régulier 250 travailleurs et une échelle leur a été appliquée L’échelle de stress est préparée par la chercheuse (Fatiha Ben Zeroual). Résultats: Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans le niveau de réponse aux manifestations de stress physique en faveur des travailleurs postés (4 x 4) par rapport aux travailleurs de jour normaux. 2- Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans le niveau de réponse aux manifestations de stress psychologique en faveur des travailleurs postés (4 x 4) par rapport aux travailleurs de jour normaux. 3- Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans le niveau de réponse aux manifestations comportementales du stress en faveur des travailleurs postés ( 4 x 4) par rapport à la journée normale. 4- Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives dans les manifestations comportementales malsaines en faveur des travailleurs postés (4 x 4) par rapport aux travailleurs de jour normaux. 5. Il existe des différences substantielles de signification statistique dans le niveau de réponse aux manifestations physiques de stress en faveur des travailleurs mariés dans le système de travail posté ( 4 x 4). 6- Il existe des différences substantielles de signification statistique dans le niveau de réponse aux manifestations de stress psychologique en faveur des travailleurs mariés dans le système de travail posté ( 4 x 4). 7. Il existe des différences substantielles de signification statistique dans le niveau de réponse aux manifestations de stress comportemental en faveur des travailleurs mariés dans le système de travail posté ( 4 x 4). 8. Il existe des différences substantielles de signification statistique dans le niveau de réponse aux manifestations physiques du stress en faveur des travailleurs les plus âgés dans le système de travail posté (4 x 4). 9. Il existe des différences substantielles de signification statistique dans le niveau de réponse aux manifestations psychologiques du stress en faveur des travailleurs les plus âgés dans le système de travail posté (4 x 4). 10. Abstract: This research aims to study the relationship between the manifestations of stress and the work system in terms of the differences between the groups of ordinary day workers and the system of shift work according to variables of age, gender, seniority at work. Methodological procedures: The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach that suits the nature of the subject as well as the comparative approach between two samples of both labor systems of the workers of the Asbaa refinery in Adrar state, where the study population consisted of the workers of the seven refinery in the state of Adrar, numbering 560 workers, working between the normal system and working in a shift framework, where the percentage of shift workers reached 260 workers as well as the percentage of workers of the regular system 250 workers and a scale was applied to them The stress scale is prepared by the researcher (Fatiha Ben Zeroual). Results: There are statistically significant differences in the level of response to physical stress manifestations in favor of shift workers (4 x 4) compared to normal day workers. 2- There are statistically significant differences in the level of response to psychological stress manifestations in favor of shift workers (4 x 4) compared to normal day workers. 3- There are statistically significant differences in the level of response to behavioral manifestations of stress in favor of shift workers (4 x 4) compared to the normal day. 4- There are statistically significant differences in unhealthy behavioral manifestations in favor of shift workers (4 x 4) compared to normal day workers. 5. There are substantial differences of statistical significance in the level of response to physical manifestations of stress in favour of married workers in the system of shift work (4 x 4). 6- There are substantial differences of statistical significance in the level of response to psychological stress manifestations in favor of married workers in the system of shift work (4 x 4). 7. There are substantial differences of statistical significance in the level of response to behavioral stress manifestations in favor of married workers in the system of shift work (4 x 4). 8. There are substantial differences of statistical significance in the level of response to physical manifestations of stress in favor of the most senior workers in the shift work system (4 x 4) . 9. There are substantial differences of statistical significance in the level of response to psychological manifestations of stress in favor of the most senior workers in the shift work system (4 x 4). 10. There are substantial differences of statistical significance in the level of response to behavioral stress manifestations in favor of the most senior workers in the shift work system (4 x 4).
