Abstract

التحول السياسي وتأثيره على الأمن في تونس بعد 2010 الملخص: تبحث هذه الأطروحة في عملية التحول السياسي وتأثيرها على الأمن في تونس في مرحلة ما بعد 2010، وبيد أن الدراسة تنطلق من افتراض رئيسي مفاده وجود علاقة تأثير وتأثر بين متغيري التحول السياسي والأمن، تبدأ في هذا السياق بمناقشة مسوّغات التحول السياسي ومحدّداته في تونس، وعلى اعتبار أن تهديدات الأمن الإنساني هي الأكثر ملاءمة وقدرة على تفسير تفجّر الحراك الاجتماعي 2010-2011، تركز الدراسة على مصادر انعدام أمن الأفراد التونسيين لشرح وتحليل الأسباب الكامنة وراء بدء المسار الانتقالي في تونس، كما يعالج البحث لاحقا انعكاسات التحول السياسي على البيئة الأمنية للبلاد، ليتطرق بعد ذلك إلى التحديات الراهنة لعملية التحول الديمقراطي في تونس، ثم يدرس في الأخير ميكانيزمات بناء نموذج ديمقراطي أمني شامل ومستدام في البلاد.

The Political Transition and its Impact on Security in Tunisia after 2010

Abstract:

This thesis examines the process of political transition and its impact on security in Tunisia in the post-2010 period. However, the study is based on a main hypothesis says that there is a relationship of influence and vulnerability between political transition and security, that begins in this context by discussing the justifications and determinants of political transition in Tunisia. Considering that human security threats are the most appropriate and able to explain the explosion of the social movement of 2010-2011, the study focuses on the sources of insecurity of Tunisian individuals to explain and analyze the reasons behind the start of the transitional path in Tunisia. The research also deals later with the repercussions of the political transition on the country's security environment, and then addresses the current challenges of the democratic transition process in Tunisia. Finally, it studies the mechanisms of building a comprehensive and sustainable democratic/security model in the country. Résumé : Cette thèse examine le processus de transition politique et son impact sur la sécurité en Tunisie dans la période post-2010. Cependant, l'étude part d'une hypothèse principale qui dit qu'il existe une relation d'influence et de vulnérabilité entre les variables de transition politique et de sécurité, qui commence dans ce contexte en discutant des justifications et des déterminants de la transition politique en Tunisie. Considérant que les menaces à la sécurité humaine sont les plus appropriées et capables d'expliquer l'explosion du mouvement social de 2010-2011, l'étude se concentre sur les sources d'insécurité des individus tunisiens pour expliquer et analyser les raisons du début de la transition en Tunisie. La recherche traite également plus tard des répercussions de la transition politique sur l'environnement sécuritaire du pays, puis aborde les défis actuels du processus de transition démocratique en Tunisie. Enfin, il étudie les mécanismes de construction d'un modèle de démocratie/sécurité global et durable dans le pays.
