مساهمة وضعيات عمل طبيب الاسنان في بروز الاضطرابات العضلية الهيكلية وجودة الحياة في العمل -دراسة ميدانية بالمستشفى الجامعي لطب الاسنان بلاطو- وهران-

Abstract

أجريت هذه الدراسة للتحقيق في مدى انتشار الأعراض العضلية الهيكلية وتقييم خطر هذه الأعراض من حيث الوضعيات المتبناه، وجودة الحياة في العمل لأطباء الأسنان العاملين في المستشفى الجامعي لطب الاسنان ،ببلاطو وهران وللاجابة على تساؤلات البحث ارتأت - - الباحثة الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة من ) 123 ( طبيب وطبيبة اسنان. المواد والطرق: لجمع البيانات استعملنا اداة الملاحظة المباشرة، واجراء مقابلة مع اطباء الاسنان بالعينة تطبيق استبيان sf36 لجودة الحياة واستبيان خريطة هيئة الشمال ل كوارنكا، العمل على التقاط صور لمعظم وضعيات عمل أطباء الأسنان أثناء علاج الفم و الأسنان، و اختيار الوضعيات الأكثر تكرارًا للتقييم.باستخدام طريقة تقييم السريع للأطراف العلوية ( RULA (،ولتحليل البيانات،تم استعمال جملة من الأساليب الإحصائية التابعة للحزمة الإحصائية للبحوث الاجتماعية بواسطة برنامج SPSS الإصدار 25This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of musculoskeletal symptoms and assess the risk of these symptoms in terms of the positions adopted, and the quality of work life for dentists working at the University Dental Hospital, in Plato - Oran - and to answer the research questions, the researcher decided to rely on the descriptive analytical approach on a sample of (123) doctors and dentists. Materials and Methods: To collect data, we used the direct observation tool, an interview with the dentists in the sample, the application of the North Authority map questionnaire, a group of pictures taken of the working positions of the dentists during oral and dental treatment, and the selection of the most frequent positions for evaluation. Using the rapid upper limb assessment method (RULA), To analyze the data, a set of statistical methods of the Statistical Package for Social Research was used by SPSS version 25 program.Cette étude a été menée pour étudier la prévalence des symptômes musculo-squelettiques et évaluer le risque de ces symptômes en fonction des positions adoptées, et de la qualité de vie au travail des dentistes travaillant à l'hôpital dentaire universitaire, à Platon - Oran - et pour répondre aux questions de recherche, le chercheur a décidé de s'appuyer sur l'approche analytique descriptive sur un échantillon de (123) médecins et dentistes.
