Abstract

« Représentation des travailleurs du secteur public industriel pour la performance de l’organisation syndicale Étude empirique à société du ciment - Saida » Résumé: En Algérie, le syndicat souffert de conditions sociales qui ont contribué à la formation des caractéristiques fondamentales de son activité syndicale. Les premiers signes étaient difficiles et lents. Cependant, la conscience professionnelle des travailleurs algériens a conduit à un Évolution de l’activité syndicale et à un saut qualitatif dans l’histoire du mouvement syndical algérien, l’union Générale des Travailleurs Algérien (UGTA), ainsi que les facteurs impliqués dans la participation des salariés aux organisations syndicales, ont suivi les changements et transformations économiques, sociaux et culturels identifiés par l’institution publique, afin que nous puissions nous appuyer sur l’approche de la recherche sociale. Un échantillon aléatoire simple a été sélectionné dans la communauté d’étude, qui était estimée à 280, et après une analyse quantitative et qualitative des données sur le domaine d’étude, Nous avons constaté que les représentations des travailleurs envers le syndicat étaient négatives parce qu’ils étaient toujours incapables de répondre aux demandes et aux aspirations des travailleurs sur les plans économique et social. Representation of workers in the industrial public sector for the performance of the syndicate – An Empirical study at cement company - Saida» Abstract : In Algeria, the syndicate suffered from social conditions that contributed to the formation of the fundamental characteristics of its syndicate activity. The first signs were difficult and slow. However, the professional awareness of Algerian workers has led to an evolution syndicate activity and a qualitative leap in the history of the Algerian syndicate movement, the General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA), as well as the factors involved in employee participation in syndicate organizations, have followed the economic, social and cultural changes and transformations identified by the public institution, so that we can build on the social research approach. A random sample was selected from the study community, which was estimated to be 280 persons, and following a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the field of study data, We found that workers' representations to the syndicate were negative because they were still unable to meet workers' demands and aspirations economically and socially. تمثلات عمال القطاع الصناعي العام لأداء التنظيم النقابي دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة الإسمنت بسعيدة :الملخص مرّت الحركة النقابية في الجزائر بظروف سوسيوتاريخية ساهمت في تشكيل المعالم الاساسية للنشاط النقابي فيها، حيث تميزت البوادر الاولى بالصعوبة من جانب والبطء من جانب آخر، إلا أن الوعي المهني لدى العمال الجزائريين أدى إلى ازدهار النشاط النقابي وإحداث قفزة نوعية في تاريخ الحركة العمالية الجزائرية، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تمثلات العمال للأداء التنظيم النقابي( الاتحاد العام للعمل الجزائريين UGTA ) ، وكذا عوامل مشاركة العمال في التنظيمات النقابية، وذلك بعد التغيرات والتحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية التي عرفتها المؤسسة العمومية، من أجل ذلك اعتمدنا على منهج البحث الاجتماعي، وتم اختيار عينة من مجتمع الدراسة قدرت ب 280 مفردة وبعد التحقق الامبريقي والتحليلين الكمي والكيفي للبيانات المستقاة من ميدان الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن تمثلات العمال نحو النقابة كانت سلبية لأنها ما زالت عاجزة على تحقيق مطالب العمال وتطلعاتهم على المستويات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.
