Expériences des jeunes atteints d’une insuffisance Rénale

Abstract

Se travail se focalise sur l’expérience chaotique de l’insuffisance rénale chronique terminal chez les jeune Oranais, cette maladie grave et mortel devenu chronique par le biais de la technique de l’hémodialyse. Cette expérience est définie non pas comme une atteinte biologique seulement mais comme un bouleversement sociale, psychologique, … . Les patients qui souffrent doivent respecter le planning l'horaire des jours de traitement, c'est-à-dire que le patient est obligé de revenir sur le site de traitement trois fois par semaine et d'être soumis à des séances de dialyse de quatre heures par séance. Tant qu'ils ne bénéficieront pas de greffe de rein, ils sont obligés de suivre cette trajectoire de vie. Dans cet article, nous avons voulu faire la lumière sur la face cachée qui est ignorée par beaucoup. Cette technique, malgré ses avantages thérapeutiques, provoque plus de souffrance chez le patient que chez toute autre personne. Les entretiens nous ont montré l’importance des perceptions des patients vis-à-vis de la machine et l’étendue de son impact sur leur identité, leur regard sur leur corps et leur parcours thérapeutique .l’insuffisance rénal est une expérience multiples remplie d’épreuves. The interviews showed us the importance of patients' perceptions of the machine and the extent of its impact on their identity, their outlook on their body and their therapeutic journey. Renal insufficiency is a multiple experience folds of tests.يرتكز هذا العمل على تجارب شباب من مدينة وهران مصابون بفشل كلوي مزمن في المرحلة النهائية؛ هذا المرض الذي مازال خطيرا وقاتلا وهذا بالرغم من المساعي التكنولوجيية في هذا الميدان الطبي و الذي لا ننكر فضلها في التقليص من نسبة الموت لدى هؤلاء المرضى فبواسطة احدي التقنيات العلاجية و هي "الهيمودياليز" ، و هي آلة تقوم بغسل الكلى(غسل الدم خارجيا). كم انه يستوجب على المريض العودة إلى مواقع العلاج ثلاث مرات في الأسبوع والخضوع لجلسات غسيل الكلى لمدة أربع ساعات متتالية في كل جلسة. وتستمر هذه المسيرة الحياتية طالما لم يحض بزرع للكلى، فهؤلاء الشباب ملزمون بإتباع مسار الحياة هذا. أردنا في بحثنا هذا ا إلقاء الضوء على الجانب الخفي الذي يغفله عنه الكثيرون. و هو أن هذه التقنية ، بالرغم من فوائدها العلاجية ، إلا أنها تسبب معاناة للمريض أكثر من أي شخص آخر. حيث أظهرت المقابلات أهمية تصورات المرضى للآلة ومدى تأثيرها على هويتهم ونظرتهم إلى أجسامهم ورحلتهم العلاجية لا يقصد بالتجربة المرضية على أنها فقط إصابة بيولوجية للعضو المريض الذي هو الكلى فقط ، بل هي إصابة الشاب في كليته: السيلولوجية و الاجتماعية، الزمانية، المهنية ، الهوية... فيجب على المرضى المصابون الالتزام بجدول أيام العلاج و إلا فالموت مصيرهم. و من تم فالقصور الكلوي لذى هؤلاء الشباب هو تجربة اجتماعية تتخللها تجارب متعددة مليئة بالامتحانات اليومية و الحياتية
