Abstract

جاءت هذه الد ا رسة لتسلط الضوء على الواقع السوسيو ديمغ ا رفي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الج ا زئر، وبالتحديد في ولاية وه ا رن، لمعرفة أهم الملامح الديمغ ا رفية لفئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، فضلا عن الكشف عن أهم المشاكل والمعوقات التي تواجههم، وعلاقة هذه المشاكل بالمتغي ا رت التالية:)نوع الإعاقة، الجنس السن، مكان الإقامة(، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الفروق المتواجدة في درجة المشكلات التي يعانون منها ، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الد ا رسة تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 300 شخص من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، حيث أشارت النتائج إلى ارتفاع نسب انتشار الإعاقة لدى الذكور أكثر بكثير من الإناث، ولدى المقيمين في الحضر أكثر بكثير من المقيمين في الريف، مع وجود تقاطع بين الإعاقة والسن ، فكلما ارتفعت السن ا زدت احتمالية الإصابة بالإعاقة ، كما كشفت النتائج على التشابه الكبير بين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في مختلف أنحاء العالم، ومعاناتهم في المجال الصحي والتعليمي والتكويني وسوق العمل . وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشاكل الصحية تعزى للسن ومكان الإقامة، فيما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشاكل الصحية تعزى لنوع الإعاقة، والجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشاكل التعليمية تعزى لكل المتغي ا رت بدون استثناء، كما أسفرت النتائج أيضا عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مشكلة العمل والزواج تعزى لكل المتغي ا رت، وهذا ما بين جليا التحديات الكبرى التي يواجهها ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الج ا زئر.This study came to shed light on the socio demographic reality of people with special needs in Algeria ,specifically in the state of Oran, to know the most important demographic factures of the category of people with special needs, as well as to reveal the most important problems and obstacles facing them, and the following variables :type of disability, gender ;age ;place of residence, in addition to identifying the differences in the degree of problems, They suffer from and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of 300 people with special needs was selected, where the results indicated a higher prevalence of disability among males, much more than those in rural areas, with an intersection between disability and age, the higher the probability of disability In different parts of the world ,their suffering in the fielded of health, education, formative and the labour market, the results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in health problems due to age and place of residence, while It was found that there were no statistically significant differences in health problems due to type of disability and gender ;and the presence of statistically significant differences in educational problems due to all variables without exception The results also revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the problems of work and marriage due to all the variables, and this clearly shows the major challenges faced by people with special needs in Algeria.Cette étude a mis en évidence les réalités socio - démographiques des personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux en Algérie, notamment dans la wilaya d’Oran, afin d’identifier leurs caractéristiques démographiques, sociales et économiques les plus importantes. Et pour atteindre ces objectifs une étude du terrain est menée sur un échantillon de 300 personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux. Les résultats ont indiqué que la prévalence du handicap chez les hommes est beaucoup plus élevée que chez les femmes, et dans les milieux urbains beaucoup plus que dans les milieux ruraux, avec l’intersection entre le handicap et l’âge, plus l’âge est élevé, plus la probabilité d’incapacité est grande. Les résultats ont également indiqué qu’il y avait des différences statistiquement significatives dans les problèmes de santé attribuables à l’âge et au lieu de résidence, alors qu’il n’y avait aucune différence statistiquement significative dans les problèmes d’éducation selon toutes les variables sans exception. Les résultats ont également donné lieu à des différences statistiquement significative dans les problèmes du travail et du mariage selon toutes les variables.
