PROBLEMATIQUE DES POLLUTIONS DES ZONES INDUSTRIELLES EN ALGERIE

Abstract

Etant donné que l’industrie cimentière est considérée comme l’une des plus polluantes et plus particulièrement de l’atmosphère, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de l’usine, le dégagement des gaz et des poussières dans l’air ne cesse durant tout le processus de fabrication. Cette industrie est l’une des plus importantes en Algérie. Une attention plus accrue a été accordé dans le domaine écologique du faite des énergies quelle consomme et de ses inputs depuis leur extraction jusqu’à leur broyage et de ses produits mis sur le marché. L’investissement dans le domaine écologique pour l’industrie cimentière lui confère une valeur ajoutée et lui reflète une bonne image citoyenne ; et c’est l’objet de notre étude. Given the fact that cement industry is considered to be one of the most pollutant particularly contributing to air pollution on the inside as well as on the outside of the factory, considerable amounts of smoke and dust are released in the air continuously along the manufacturing process. Since the industry at issue is of hign importance in Algeria, it is now being given encreasing attention within the domain of ecology considering its levels of energy consumption on one hand and the inputs-from their extraction until their grinding-on the other along with the outputs. Investing on ecology awards cement industry with more value and reflects an image of sharp citizenship ; and it’s subject of our study. لطالما كانت صناعة الاسمنت أكبر الملوّثين، و على وجه الخصوص التلوث الجوّي، داخل المصنع أو خارجه على حد سواء، لما تبعثه من غازات و غبار في الهواء على مدى مراحل عملية التصنيع. كما تعتبر صناعة الاسمنت من أهم الصناعات في الجزائر، و هي تلاقي التفاتة معتبرة في مجال البيئة، وذلك نظرا للطاقة التي تستهلكها، المدخلات التي تستنزفها - إبتداءاً من مرحلة الاستخراج إلى التعبئة- و المنتجات التي تطرحها في السوق. و مماّ لا شكّ فيه أنّ الاستثمار في المجال البيئي بالنسبة لصناعة الاسمنت، يكسب هذه الأخيرة قيمة مضافة و يعكس صفة المواطَنة لها ; و هنا يتجلى الهدف من هذه الدراسة.
