ثقافة الاحتراف الرياضي في الجزائر

Abstract

بعض الملاحظين في هذا المجال لا يتهاونون في الإشارة إلى أن معظم الأندية لم تفهم شيئاً من تطبيق الاحتراف الرياضي في كرة القدم الجزائرية، ولم تسلم حتى الاتحاد الجزائري لكرة القدم في ذلك من هذا التطبيق ، هذه الوضعية أدت الى تعقيد المهمة و ضبابيتها لأننا نريد الذهاب من النقيض إلى آخر، من ثقافة الهواية إلى ثقافة الاحتراف ،هذه من جهة ، أما من وجهة نظر أخرى- نظرة منهجية - يفهم الإحتراف الرياضي في كرة القدم على أنه عملية تعليم واسعة لتطوير مهارات رياضية وتقنية وتكتيكية و أخلاقية و ثقافية معينة، فهو تكنولوجيا رياضية حديثة تقوم بتعبئة موارد بشرية ومادية ومالية هائلة. من أجل النمو والتكيف مع تغير السياق السوسيو إقتصادي للبلدان النامية، وبالتالي فكرة القدم المحترفة في حاجة إلى استراتيجية تنموية من أجل تجنب التجاوزات والانتهاكات من جميع الأنواع، والتي هي في بعض الأحيان في المنشأ.
