Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر الإبداع التكنولوجي بنوعيه )الإبداع في المنتج والإبداع في العملبة( على جودة منتجات مؤسسة ابتكار تحويل البوليمار ) ITP ( ببئر الجير وهران، من خلال دراسة عينة مكونة من ) – 111 ( مفردة. وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج ) SPSS 20.0 (؛ وعلى إثر ذلك تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ( α=0.05 ( للإبداع التكنولوجي على مستوى جودة منتجات مؤسسة ابتكار تجويل البوليمار ) ITP ( ببئر الجير وهران؛ كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات - دلالة إحصائية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى المعنوية ) α=0.05 ( في متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة حول مستوى الإبداع التكنولوجي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير العمر، المؤهل العلمي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى المعنوية ) α=0.05 ( في متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة حول مستوى جودة المنتجات في المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة.This study aims to test the impact of technological innovation in its two types (product innovation and process innovation) on the quality of the products of the institution of innovating Polymer Transformation (ITP) in Bir El Djir - Oran, both by studying a sample composed of (111) individuals. In light of this, data were identified, synthesized and hypotheses and evaluated using SPSS 20.0. As a result, a number of results were obtained, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level (α = 0.05) of technological innovation on the level of quality of products from Polymer Innovation Transformation in Bir El Djir - Oran; The results obtained from the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the average responses of the sample members regarding the level of technological innovation in the institution studied, attributed to the variable of age and academic level and qualification.
