وظيفة البحث والتطوير كأداة لتعزيز الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور وظيفة البحث والتطوير في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، باعتبارها خيار استراتيجي فعال بالنسبة للمؤسسة الاقتصادية خاصة في تعزيز مزاياها التنافسية، ولإبراز هذا الدور قمنا بدراسة عينة تتكون من 36 مؤسسة اقتصادية، باستخدام استمارة استبيان وقد تم استفراغه باستخدام برنامج SPSS20. توصلت الدراسة الميدانية إلى وجود دلالة إحصائية متباينة بين المتغيرات، وأن متغير البحث والتطوير في الإدارة (التنظيم) كان له أثر أكبر على الميزة التنافسية مقارنة مع المتغيرات الأخرى، حيث أن حصول المؤسسات الاقتصادية على ميزة تنافسية يتطلب الاستثمار بشكل كبير في نشاط البحث والتطوير والاستعداد للتنافسية على المدى البعيد. الجزائر احتلت المرتبة 115 في مؤشر الابتكار من بين 132 دولة، وتوصلنا أن الجزائر تنتج مخرجات ابتكار أقل مقارنة بمستوى استثماراتها في الابتكار الكلمات المفتاحية: وظيفة البحث والتطوير، الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، دلالة إحصائية، مؤشر الابتكار. Résumé : L'étude visait à mettre en évidence le rôle de la fonction de recherche et développement dans le renforcement de l'avantage concurrentiel des institutions économiques algériennes, en tant qu'option stratégique efficace pour l'institution économique, notamment dans le renforcement de ses avantages compétitifs. Pour mettre en évidence ce rôle, nous avons étudié un échantillon de 36 institutions économiques, à l'aide d'un formulaire de questionnaire qui a été vidé à l'aide du programme SPSS20. L'étude de terrain a conclu qu'il existe une différence statistiquement significative entre les variables, et que la variable recherche et développement en gestion (organisation) a un impact plus important sur l'avantage concurrentiel par rapport aux autres variables. Alors que l'obtention d'un avantage concurrentiel par les institutions économiques nécessite des investissements importants dans l'activité de recherche et développement et une préparation à la compétitivité à long terme. Abstract: The study aimed to highlight the role of the research and development function in strengthening the competitive advantage of Algerian economic institutions, as an effective strategic option for the economic institution, particularly in strengthening its competitive advantages. To highlight this role, we studied a sample of 36 economic institutions, using a questionnaire form that was emptied using the SPSS20 programme. The field study concluded that there is a statistically significant difference between the variables, and that the variable management research and development (organisation) has a greater impact on competitive advantage than the other variables. While the achievement of competitive advantage by economic institutions requires significant investment in research and development activity and preparation for long-term competitiveness. Algeria ranked 115th in the innovation index out of 132 countries, and we found that Algeria produces lower innovation results than the level of in relation to its level of investment in innovation.
