فاعلية برنامج تدريبي سلوكي لتنمية المهارات التواصلية عند الطفل الأصم

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء واختبار فاعلية برنامج تدريبيي سلوكي لتنمية المهارات التواصلية عند الطفل الأصم المستفيد من زراعة القوقعة، المتمدرسين بالسنة الأولى(تحضيري) تنطيق بمدرسة الإعاقة السمعية، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم الاعتماد على المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميم تجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة(الاختبار القبلي و الاختبار البعدي)، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها عشرة تلاميذ، ذو إعاقة عميقة بطريقة قصدية تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين(4-5) سنوات، وبعد تطبيق الاختبارات والمقاييس و البرنامج التدريبي المقترح الذي دام أربعة أشهر بواقع 26 حصة، وبعد تحليل النتائج باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في الاختبارات الوصفية اختبار ألفا كرونباخ واختبار ت، كما تم الاعتماد على نسبة الكسب المعدل لبلاك لرصد فعالية البرنامج التدريبي واختبار Kohen d لحجم الأثر، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات القياس القبلي والبعدي للبرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي في جميع أبعاده، وانتهت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات والاقتراحات. الكلمات المفتاحية: فاعلية، البرنامج التدريبي، المهارات التواصلية، الطفل الأصم، زراعة القوقعة.

Research Summary The current study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of a behavioral training program designed to enhance communication skills among deaf children who have received cochlear implants and are enrolled in the first grade (preparatory level) at a school for the hearing impairment. To achieve these objectives, a quasi-experimental approach with a one-group experimental design (pre-test and post-test) was adopted. The study was purposively conducted on a sample of ten students with profound hearing impairments, aged between 4 and 5 years. After administering the tests and measures and implementing the proposed training program, which lasted four months and consisted of 26 sessions. In addition , after analyzing the results using statistical methods including descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s alpha, t-tests. Black’s adjusted gain ratio was also used to monitor effectiveness of the training program, as well as Cohen’s d effect size test. The study results revealed statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-program measurement scores in favor of the post-program scores. Across its dimensions. The study was concluded with a set of recommendations and suggestions.

Résumé de la recherche La présente étude vise à élaborer et à tester l'efficacité d'un programme de formation comportementale destiné à développer les compétences communicatives des enfants sourds bénéficiaires d'une implantation cochléaire, scolarisés en première année (cycle préparatoire) à l'école pour enfants malentendants, Pour atteindre ces objectifs, nous avons adopté une approche quasi-expérimentale avec un plan expérimental à groupe unique (test pré-test et post-test). L'étude a été menée sur un échantillon de dix élèves présentant un handicap profond, âgés de 4 à 5 ans, Après la mise en œuvre des tests, des mesures et du programme de formation proposé, d’une durée de quatre mois comprenant 26 séances, et après l’analyse des résultats à l’aide de méthodes statistiques telles que les tests descriptifs, le test d’alpha de Cronbach, le Test T et, Le ratio de gain ajusté de Black également été utilisé pour surveiller l’efficacité du programme d’entrainement ,et le test de Kohen d pour la taille de l’effet, les résultats de l'étude ont révélé l'existence de différences statistiquement significatives entre les scores pré-test et post-test du programme en faveur du post-test dans toutes ses dimensions. L'étude s'est conclue par une série de recommandations et de suggestions.
