صور وآليات النقد في الصحافة الجزائرية المكتوبة

Abstract

تتجلى أهمية الصحافة في أنها إحدى أدوات الرقابة في المجتمع، حيث تمثل الوظيفة النقدية، أهم وظائفها على الإطلاق، فلا يمكن لأي صحيفة الاستغناء عن النقد والتفسير والتعليق وإبداء الآراء في مختلف القضايا سواء السياسية أو الاقتصادية أو الثقافية أو الرياضية أو الاجتماعية. لقد شكل الخطاب النقدي في الصحف الوطنية الجزائرية إحدى أدوات مقارنة درجة حرية التعبير في المجتمع، حيث يشاع بأنها من أكثر الجرائد تمتعا بالحرية في الوطن العربي، خاصة في مناقشة ونقد الأحداث والظواهر وحتى نقد السلطة، ونجد تختلف أساليب المعالجة والكتابة النقدية وكذا الآليات المعتمدة، ويختلف حجم النقد ودرجة حريته، ومجالاته من صحيفة إلى أخرى. تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد الإستراتيجية النقدية التي تتبعها الصحف الجزائرية، ومعرفة آليات اشتغال النقد فيها ومجالاته وصوره، وبغية تحقيق ذلك تم اختيار مجموعة من المقالات الصحفية عن طريق العينة الدورية، وتمثلت صحف العينة المختارة في صحيفتي " الخبر "و"الشروق اليومي "باللغة العربية وصحيفتي El Watan" " و"Le Quotidien D'oran" باللغة الفرنسية، وقد تم الاعتماد على تقنية تحليل المضمون لجمع البيانات وتحليلها، مع استخدام المنهج المقارن، في الفترة الممتدة من 01 جانفي إلى 30 جوان 2016. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصحف الجزائرية عينة الدراسة، تعتمد على النقد لكن بدرجات متفاوتة، ولكل صحيفة إستراتيجيتها في تبليغ الخطاب النقدي وكذا طريقة استخدامها للآليات النقدية مع تميز وتنوع مضامين الخطاب النقدي ومواضيعه. الكلمات المفتاحية: صور، آليات، النقد ، النقد الصحفي، الصحافة الناقدة، الصحافة المكتوبة الجزائرية.

Abstract: The importance of the press is that it is one of the Supervision tools in society, where the critical function represents its most important one. Therefore, no newspaper can exist without criticism, interpretation and commentary expressing opinions on various issues whether political, economic, cultural, or sport or social. The critical discourse in the Algerian national newspapers is one of the tools for comparing the degree of freedom of expression in society. Indeed, it is one of the most free newspapers in the Arab world, especially in discussing and criticizing events and phenomena .and Even criticism of authority, as the methods of treatment and critical writing, as well as the mechanisms adopted, as well as the volume of criticism and its degree of freedom, and its magazines, differ from one newspaper to another. The study aims to monitor the critical strategy followed by Algerian newspapers, and to understand the mechanisms of criticism. Inorder to achieve this, newspaper articles were analyzed by selecting the periodic sample, which included the newspapers "ELKhabar" and "EChorouk" in Arabic and the newspapers "El Watan" and "LE Quotidien D'oran" In French, the content analysis technique was used to collect data, using the comparative approach, during the period from January 1 to June 30, 2016. The study concluded that the Algerian newspapers in the study sample rely on criticism, but to varying degrees, and each newspaper has its own strategy for conveying critical discourse, as well as its method of using critical mechanisms, with the content and topics of critical discourse being distinct and diverse. Résumé: La presse est un outil de contrôle de la société. Ou la critique représente la fonction la plus importante. Aucun journal ne peut se passer de la critique, de l'interprétation et de commentaires, il exprime des opinons sur diverses sujets, politiques, économiques, culturelles, sportives ou sociale. Le discours critique dans la presse nationale algérienne constitue l'un des moyens dévalué le degré de liberté d'expression dans la société. Il est souvent dit que cette presse figure parmi les plus libres du monde arabe, notamment en ce qui concerne la discussion et la critique des événements, des phénomènes, voire du pouvoir lui-même .Les méthodes de traitement et d'écriture critique ainsi que les mécanismes adoptés différent d'un journal à l'autre, tout comme l'intensité de la critique, son degré de liberté et ses domaines d'application. Cette étude vise à observer la stratégie critique adoptée par la presse algérienne, à comprendre les mécanismes de fonctionnement de la critique et ses champs d'application. Pour ce faire, des articles de presse ont été analysés en sélectionnant un échantillon périodique comprenant les journaux arabophones "El khabar" et " Echorouk" , ainsi que les journaux francophone "El Wantan " et "Le quotidien d'Oran". L'étude s'est appuyée sur la technique d'analyse de contenu pour collecter les données, en utilisant également une approche comparative, sur la période allant du 1er janvier 30 juin 2016. Notre étude a révélé que les journaux algériens, en tant qu'échantillon, emploient la critique, mais à des degrés différents. Chaque journal adopte sa propre approche pour véhiculer le discours critique, en utilisant des mécanismes critiques qui lui sont propres, et en proposant des contenus et des thématiques variées et distinctes.
