بناء مقياس جودة الحياة لدى طلاب الدكتوراه والكشف عن منحى جودة حياتهم في ضوء متغيرات

Abstract

يستهدف هذا البحث بناء و استكشاف البنية العاملية لمقياس جودة الحياة لدى الطلبة الدكتوراليين، و الكشف عن منحى جودة حياتهم في ضوء عدد من المتغيرات الفردية، وهي: الجنس، السن، الحالة المدنية، الوضعية المهنية، والتخصص الأكاديمي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 587 طالبا وطالبة من عدد من الجامعات الجزائرية، وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي كإطار منهجي يجمع بين الوصف والتحليل. أظهرت نتائج التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي من الدرجة الثانية وجود تسعة عوامل فرعية تنضوي تحت ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسية، وهي: الرفاهية الشخصية، التحديات الأكاديمية، والدعم الاجتماعي والأكاديمي. كما كشفت التحليلات الإحصائية عن قوة البنية العاملية للمقياس، حيث أظهرت النتائج مؤشرات جيدة للثبات في معظم الأبعاد الفرعية، وصدقا تمييزيا مرتفعا، إلى جانب تجانس التباين بين المجموعات على مستوى الدرجة الكلية، واعتدالا في التوزيع. وتم كذلك استخراج الدرجات المعيارية الزائية والتائية لتحديد المستويات المعيارية لجودة الحياة لدى طلاب الدكتوراه، بما يعكس جودة الأداة ودقتها في القياس. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن غالبية طلاب الدكتوراه يتمتعون بمستوى متوسط من جودة الحياة، مع تسجيل فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث، حيث حقق الذكور درجات أعلى في بعض الأبعاد وهي: الصعوبات الأكاديمية الشخصية، والرضا الشخصي. كما تبين أن للحالة المدنية تأثيرا واضحا، إذ أظهر المتزوجون مستوى أعلى في أبعاد الرضا الشخصي، والدعم الأكاديمي، والدعم الاجتماعي، والعلاقة مع المشرف، واختيار موضوع البحث، والاحتياجات الأساسية، مقارنة بغير المتزوجين (العزاب والمطلقين). في المقابل، لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لمتغيرات السن، الوضعية المهنية، أو التخصص الأكاديمي.This study aims to develop and explore the factorial structure of a Quality of Life scale for doctoral students, and to investigate their quality of life in light of several individual variables: gender, age, marital status, employment status, and academic specialization. The study sample consisted of 587 male and female students from various Algerian universities. A descriptive research method was adopted as a methodological framework that combines both description and analysis. The results of the second-order exploratory factor analysis revealed nine sub-factors grouped under three main dimensions: personal well-being, academic challenges, and social and academic support. Statistical analyses indicated a strong factorial structure of the scale, with good reliability indicators for most sub-dimensions, high discriminant validity, homogeneity of variance across groups at the total score level, and a normal distribution. Standard scores (z-scores and T-scores) were also extracted to determine normative levels of quality of life among doctoral students, reflecting the tool’s quality and measurement accuracy. The study results showed that the majority of doctoral students have a moderate level of quality of life, with statistically significant differences between males and females—males scored higher on some dimensions of academic and personal difficulties and personal satisfaction. Marital status also showed a clear effect, as married students scored higher in dimensions related to personal satisfaction, academic support, social support, supervisor relationship, research topic selection, and basic needs, compared to unmarried (single and divorced) students. On the other hand, no statistically significant differences were found based on age, employment status, or academic specialization.
