الفساد الإداري وإشكالية الاستقرار السياسي في الجزائر

Abstract

الملخـــــــــــــــــــص: يعد الفساد الإداري من أخطر التحديات التي تهدد الاستقرار السياسي، إذ يؤدي إلى إضعاف كفاءة المؤسسات الحكومية، وله أثر كبير في زعزعة ثقة المواطنين في النظام السياسي، مما يفاقم الشعور بعدم العدالة ويعمق الفجوة بين المواطن والدولة، كما يعطل الفساد عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، ويزيد التوترات الاجتماعية بسبب سوء توزيع الموارد والخدمات. ان الفساد الإداري في الجزائر يضعف قدرة الدولة على التعامل مع الأزمات بكفاءة، مما يزيد من هشاشة النظام السياسي الجزائري، ويؤدي الى عدم الاستقرار السياسي، لذلكفإن مكافحة الفساد تعد ضرورية لضمان استقرار النظام السياسيوتحقيق متطلبات التنمية في الجزائر. Abstract : Administrative corruption is one of the most serious challenges threatening political stability. It weakens the efficiency of governmental institutions and has a significant impact on citizens’ trust in the political system, which exacerbates the sense of injustice and deepens the gap between citizens and the state. Moreover, corruption hinders economic development and increases social tensions due to the poor distribution of resources and services. In Algeria, administrative corruption undermines the state’s ability to manage crises effectively, thus increasing the fragility of the Algerian political system and leading to political instability. Therefore, combating corruption is essential to ensure the stability of the political system and meet the demands of development in Algeria. Résumé La corruption administrative est l’une des situations les plus graves menaçant la stabilité politique. Elle affaiblit l’efficacité des institutions gouvernementales et a un impact majeur sur la confiance des citoyens envers le système politique, ce qui aggrave le sentiment d’injustice et creuse le fossé entre le citoyen et l’État. De plus, la corruption entrave le développement économique et exacerbe les tensions sociales en raison de la mauvaise répartition des ressources et des services. En Algérie, la corruption administrative affaiblit la capacité de l’État à gérer les crises efficacement, augmentant ainsi la fragilité du système politique algérien et menant à une instabilité politique. Par conséquent, lutter contre la corruption est essentielle pour garantir la stabilité du système politique et répondre aux exigences du développement en Algérie.
