أثر برنامج علاجي في تطوير بعض المهارات لدى أطفال التوح د

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من أثر برنامج علاجي مقترح لتنمية مهارات التواصل اللفظي لدى أطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي بمجموعة تجريبية واحدة(قياس قبلي وبعدي)، و ضمت العينة (08) حالات من اضطراب طيف التوحد، تبلغ أعمارهم من ثلاث إلى ثلات سنوات ونصف متواجدين في مؤسسة فضاء نفس تربوي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ببلقايد وهران ، ولأغراض الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس كارز للتوحد، ومقياس تقدير مهارات التواصل اللفظي لاطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد من إعداد الباحثة وذلك بعد التأكد من صلاحيته من صدق وثبات. كما قامت الباحثة بتصميم برنامج علاجي لتنمية مهارات التواصل اللفظي استهدف: مهارات الفهم، التعبير، التسمية ، كما توصلت الى مهارة القراءة التي لم تكن مستهدفة ،وخفض درجة التوحد. وبعد تطبيق الدراسة التجريبية (2019_2022) وختاما بالقياس التتبعي، وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي وفق برنامج SPSS تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1. يوجد أثر للبرنامج العلاجي المقترح في تنمية مهارات التواصل اللفظي لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد. 2. يوجد أثر للبرنامج العلاجي المقترح في خفض درجة التوحد لدى أطفال عينة الدراسة. 3. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أداء المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس مهارات التواصل اللفظي، ولصالح التطبيق البعدي. 4. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي استجابة المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس كارز للتوحد ككل ، ولصالح التطبيق القبلي(انخفاض درجة التوحد). 5. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أداء المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس مهارات التواصل اللفظي،لصالح التطبيق التتبعي. 6.لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس كارز للتوحد. الكلمات المفتاحية: البرنامج العلاجي؛ اضطراب طيف التوحد؛ التواصل اللفظي؛ المهارة.

Abstract: The study aimed at determining the impact of a proposed therapeutic program for developing language communication skills in children with autism spectrum disorder. The researcher adopted a quasi-experimental approach with a single experimental group (pre- and post-measurement), and the sample included eight cases of autism spectrum disorder, aged between three and three and a half years old, who were enrolled at the Fadaa Educational Center for Children with Special Needs in Belgaid, Oran. For the purposes of the study, the researcher used the CARS autism scale and a language communication skills assessment scale developed by the researcher herself, after confirming its validity and reliability. The researcher also designed a therapeutic program to develop verbal communication skills, targeting comprehension, expression, naming, and reading skills. After implementing the experimental study (2019-2022) and concluding with follow-up measurements, and after conducting statistical analysis using SPSS, the following results were obtained: 1. There is an effect of the proposed therapeutic program on the development of verbal communication skills in children with autism spectrum disorder. 2. There is an effect of the proposed therapeutic program on reducing the autism score in the study sample children. 3. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre- and post-applications on the verbal communication skills scale, in favor of the post-application. 4. There are statistically significant differences between the mean responses of the experimental group in the pre- and post-applications on the CARS autism scale as a whole, in favor of the pre-application (lower autism score). 5. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post-test and follow-up tests on the verbal communication skills scale, in favor of the follow-up application. 6. There are no statistically significant differences between the mean responses of the experimental group in the post-test and follow-up tests on the CARS autism scale. Résumé L'étude visait à déterminer l'impact d'un programme thérapeutique proposé pour développer les compétences linguistiques des enfants atteints de troubles autistiques. La chercheuse a adopté une approche quasi expérimentale avec un seul groupe expérimental (mesure avant et après) et un échantillon de huit cas de troubles autistiques âgés de trois à trois ans et demi, fréquentant l'établissement éducatif spécialisé pour enfants ayant des besoins particuliers de Belgaïd à Oran. Aux fins de l'étude, la chercheuse a utilisé l'échelle de Carze pour l'autisme et une échelle d'évaluation des compétences linguistiques élaborée par ses soins, après s'être assurée de sa validité et de sa fiabilité. La chercheuse a également conçu un programme thérapeutique visant à développer les compétences de communication verbale, notamment les compétences de compréhension, d'expression, de dénomination et de lecture. Après la mise en œuvre de l'étude expérimentale (2019-2022) et à l'issue de l'évaluation de suivi, et après avoir effectué l'analyse statistique à l'aide du logiciel SPSS, les résultats suivants ont été obtenus : 1. Le programme thérapeutique proposé a un effet sur le développement des compétences de communication verbale chez les enfants atteints de troubles autistiques. 2. Le programme thérapeutique proposé a un effet sur la réduction du degré d'autisme chez les enfants de l'échantillon étudié. 3. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives entre les moyennes des scores de performance du groupe expérimental dans les applications pré et post sur l'échelle des compétences de communication verbale, en faveur de l'application post. 4. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives entre les moyennes des réponses du groupe expérimental dans les applications pré et post-test de l'échelle de Carze pour l'autisme dans son ensemble, en faveur de l'application pré-test (baisse du score d'autisme). 5. Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives entre les moyennes des scores de performance du groupe expérimental dans les applications post-test et post-suivi sur l'échelle des compétences de communication verbale, en faveur de l'application post-suivi. 6. Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives entre les moyennes des réponses du groupe expérimental dans les applications post-test e t suivi sur l'échelle de l'autisme de Kars.
