Abstract

تمتلك الصناعة الدوائية ثقلا كبير في الأسواق العالمية وبسبب براءات الاختراع الكثير من الادوية محتكرة من طرف شركات الدواء وهذا لاكتسابها لوازم نشاط البحث و التطوير , وهذا كان سبب اهتمامنا في هذه الدراسة القياسية الي ابراز حالة البحث والتطوير في قطاع الصيدلة في الجزائر والاعتماد علي منهجية التحليل الوصفي المعمق و تقنيات الإحصاء الاستقراء , فقد تبين وجود انتعا ش في قطاع الدوا ء مع وجوب الاهتمام اكثر بمخابر البحث و التطوير من حيث الموارد واليد العاملة الغير محفزة و معا يير الجودة للفوز بباءات اختراع جديدة . الكلمات المفتاحية : الصناعة الدوائي ة -البحث والتطوير -براءات الاختراع -دراسة قياسية. Résumé : L'industrie pharmaceutique exerce une influence considérable sur les marchés mondiaux, et en raison des brevets, de nombreux médicaments sont monopolisés par des sociétés pharmaceutiques afin de rentabiliser leurs investissements en recherche et développement. C'est pourquoi nous nous sommes intéressés à cette étude standard visant à mettre en évidence l'état de la recherche et du développement dans le secteur pharmaceutique en Algérie, en utilisant une méthodologie d'analyse descriptive approfondie et des techniques statistiques inductives. Il est apparu qu'il y a une stagnation dans le secteur pharmaceutique, avec la nécessité d'accorder plus d'attention aux laboratoires de recherche et développement en termes de ressources, de main-d'oeuvre non motivée et de normes de qualité pour obtenir de nouveaux brevets. Summary: The pharmaceutical industry holds significant leverage in global markets, and due to patents, many drugs are monopolized by pharmaceutical. This is due to its acquisition of the means of research and development. This was the reason for our interest in this standard study to highlight the state of research and development in the pharmaceutical sector in Algeria, relying on the methodology of in-depth descriptive analysis, statistical techniques and induction. It has been shown that there is a recovery in the pharmaceutical sector, with the need to pay more attention to research and development laboratories in terms of resources, unmotivated work force and quality standards to win new patents.
