Abstract

The geogrraphy position on the US, isolated from the other continents, makes the country lonely and far from violent epicentres. For centuries, the country built strong national structures with accumulation of internal possibilities that allowed the nation a secure immunity. By the time, this american fortress has been used for international concerns in all important sectors, that gives her statue of a policy maker with its financail, economic and military authority. However, the deep transformations that happen gradually in the world helped the US to confirm its hegemony. The country became an indisputed strength in all vital fields. Since then, the global powerhouse permeted to America to impose its strategies and policies based on the force and the primacy dominance. This approch of domination has become the sprit for the local intellectual elites and for most decision makers in the coutry and then by the whole wiorld. So, the successive american administration through out the history proved the real hope of the US to overcome and rule the international business. All of them tried to achieve the ambition of dominating the world by the strategy of the force, in order to control and lead the different intrenational organisations to master the decision and the future perspectives of human being. Key words : The strategy -the american supremacy – wolrd order-dominance " الفكر الاستراتيجي الامريكي بين النظرية و التطبيق " حاولت الولايات المتحدة الامريكية منذ تأسيسها أن تتبنى رؤية است ا رتيجية مغايرة لتواجدها على الساحة العالمية، خضعت هذه الرؤية الاسترتيجية لمتغي ا رت بنائها الداخلي وكذا تحولات الساحة العالمية، حيث سعت الى بناء نموذج قوة عالمية استثنائية في قيمها، وأحادية في دورها إن الموقع الاست ا رتيجي للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وانع ا زلها عن العالم وبقائها بعيد عن بؤر ص ا رعاته، وانكفائها لقرون على مشكلاتها الداخلية، وبناء مؤسساتها، أكسبها مناعة أمنية وساهم في تكوين ت ا ركمات قوتها على كافة الأصعدة، وجاءت محاولات ترجمة قوتها الداخلية خارجيا بالت ا زمن مع ضرو ا رت استيعاب تلك التحولات والاستجابة لذلك النمو بتوسعات خارجية ونفوذ عالمي، وقد كانت الظروف التي يمر بها العالم مواتية ومناسبة لطرح المفاهيم والرؤى الاست ا رتيجية الأمريكية . تقوم الد ا رسة بتفكيك طبيعة الاست ا رتيجية الامريكية والدور الذي تقوم به عالميا وتأثي ا رتها على الساحة الدولية انطلاقا من التفاعل التاريخي والجغ ا رفي واف ا ر ا زت التفاعل الحضاري لقيمها، وطبيعة الأدوات التي تتبعها في سبيل تحقيق است ا رتيجيتها عالميا. سواء اتجاه حلفائها وأصدقائها أو اتجاه بقية الدول . مفتاحية : الولايات المتحدة الامريكية، الاست ا رتيجية، الهيمنة، النظام العالمي . كلمات
