Abstract

Many geaographical studies produced an important number of accurate digital maps related to databases that are difficult to create without the use of geographic information systems which facilitated many constraction and data planning processes Our study aims to the application of geographic information systems to monotor the evolution of the urban fabric of the city of sougeur which has witnessed a rapid growth with a contenuis pace As well as identifying the most important reasons and motives that made it an attractive pole for the population and the second most important agglomeration after the state headquarters.
