Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى البحث في طرق تأهيل الأسرة الجزائرية لأبنائها لمهنة المستقبل بين ما يطمح فيه الآباء وما يفرضه الواقع من تحديات، تم التركيز على 4 جوانب رئيسية هي: طبيعة طموح الآباء اتجاه مستقبل أبنائهم المهني، الظروف والإمكانيات التي تسخرها الأسرة أثناء إعداد أبنائها مهنيا، التحديات التي تواجهها أثناء تأهيل أبنائها لمهنة المستقبل وطرق تعاملها مع هذه التحديات، لتحقيق الغرض من الدراسة صممت الباحثة استبيان يقيس طرق إعداد الأسرة الجزائرية لأبنائها لمهنة المستقبل اعتمادا على الدراسات السابقة والدراسة الاستطلاعية، وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة طبقت الدراسة الأساسية على عينة قوامها 480 من الآباء والأمهات، وتمت المعالجة البيانية للنتائج باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS 22) باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الفروق (اختبار ف و ت)، ومن تم جاءت نتائج البحث كالتالي: - طموح الأسرة نحو مستقبل أبنائها المهني يتجلى في مزاولة أبنائها مهن راقية لها أبعاد نفسية واجتماعية ومادية. - لا توجد فروق في طموح الأسرة الجزائرية نحو مستقبل أبنائها المهني باختلاف الوضعية الاجتماعية للوالدين (الجنس، المستوى التعليمي للأولياء، الوضعية الاقتصادي للأسرة) - يسخر الآباء كل طاقاتهم وإمكانياتهم المادية والمعنوية في سبيل تحقيق طموحهم في إعداد أبنائها لمهنة المستقبل تم تصنيف هذه الطاقات حسب مجال انتمائها إلى: الممارسات التربوية من خلال النصح والتوجيه، تسخير الإمكانيات المادية وتوفير احتياجات أبنائها، متابعة مسار الأبناء التعليمي والحرص على حصولهم على شهادة. - يواجه الآباء مجموعة من التحديات أثناء تأهيل أبنائهم لمهنة المستقبل جاءت في مقدمتها الضغوط الاجتماعية تلتها المشكلات الأسرية وفي المرتبة الأخيرة الخصائص الجسمية والنفسية للأبناء التي قد لا تتناسب مع طموح الآباء . - تسعى الأسرة جاهدة للمحافظة على طموحها من خلال محاولة التكيف مع متطلبات الواقع من خلال مراجعة خططها وتصويب الوجهة وإعادة تنظيم جهودها، مواجهة المشكلات التي تواجهها وتذليل العقبات ورفع التحديات ببذل أقصى ما تملك من جهود، ليبقى التنازل عن طموحها كآخر حل للمحافظة على وظيفتها التربوية. في الأخير تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات، وعلى رأسها اقتراح برنامج إرشادي للمساعدة الأسرة على تأهيل أبنائها لمستقبلهم المهني. The current study aims to research the ways that the Algerian family qualifies its children for the future profession, between what the parents aspire to, and the challenges of reality. Provinces by focusing on 4 main aspects: the nature of parents' ambitions towards their children's future career, the circumstances and the resources that the family harnesses while preparing its children for the professional life, the challenges it faces while preparing its children for the future profession and the ways it deals with these challenges. In order to attain the aim of this research, the researcher designed a questionnaire which measures the ways the Algerian family prepares its children for the future profession. Based on the previous studies, the pilot study, and after verification of the psychometric properties; the study was implemented on a sample of 480 (fathers and mothers). The results were processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences software (SPSS 22) depending on the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the coefficient of variation. The results were as follows: - The family’s aspiration towards its children’s professional future is reflected in them practicing high-end professions that have psychological, social and material dimensions. - There are no differences in the Algerian family’s ambition towards the future of its children’s professional career based on the difference in the social status of the parents (gender, educational level of parents, economic status of the family). - Parents harness all their energies, their moral and material resources in order to achieve their ambition in preparing their children for a future profession. The researcher classified them according to the field they belong to: educational practices through advice and guidance, harnessing material resources and providing for their children’s needs, monitoring the children’s educational path and ensuring that they obtain a certificate. - Parents face a number of challenges while preparing their children for a future profession, starting with social pressures, followed by family problems, and lastly children's tendencies and potential that do not match the parents' ambitions. - The family strives to maintain its ambition by trying to adapt to the current requirements and also by reviewing its plans, correcting the standpoint and reorganizing its efforts, facing the problems it encounters, overcoming obstacles and rising up to challenges by doing its best, so that giving up its ambition remains as the last resort to preserve its educational function. In the end, a set of recommendations was proposed, foremost of which is the proposal of an indicative program to help the family prepare its children for professional future. La présente étude cherche à découvrir les multiples et les différentes manières choisies par la famille algérienne pour qualifier ses enfants à un futur métier, entre les ambitions des parents et les défis de la réalité. Et en se concentrant sur 4 principaux aspects tels que: la nature des ambitions des parents vis-à-vis de la future carrière de leurs enfants, les circonstances et les possibilités que la famille exploite pour préparer ses enfants professionnellement, les défis auxquels elle est confrontée pour préparer ses enfants à la future profession et les façons de faire face à ces défis, cette recherche a mis en œuvre l'étude sur un échantillon de 480 parents, en concevant un questionnaire basé sur des études antérieures et une étude exploratoire qui mesure les façons dont les familles préparent leur enfants pour un futur métier. Les données de recherche ont été traitées graphiquement à l'aide du programme (SPSS 22) et des méthodes statistiques, et les résultats étaient les suivants : - L'ambition de la famille vis-à-vis de l'avenir de la carrière de ses enfants se traduit par exercer des métiers de haut niveau qui ont des dimensions psychologiques, sociales et matérielles par leurs enfants. - Il n'y a pas de différences dans l'ambition de la famille algérienne vis-à-vis de l'avenir de la carrière professionnelle de leurs enfants, selon le statut social différent des parents (sexe, niveau d'éducation des parents, statut économique de la famille). - Les parents mobilisent toutes leurs énergies et leurs capacités matérielles et morales pour réaliser leur ambition en préparant leurs enfants à un futur métier. Cette recherche les a classés selon le champ de leur appartenance à : des pratiques éducatives par le conseil et l'orientation, la mobilisation des capacités matérielles et la satisfaction des besoins de leurs enfants, le suivi du parcours scolaire des enfants et l'obtention d'un certificat. - Les parents sont confrontés à un certain nombre de défis lorsqu'ils préparent leurs enfants à un futur métier, notamment les pressions sociales, les problèmes familiaux et les tendances et capacités des enfants qui ne correspondent pas aux ambitions des parents. - La famille s'efforce de maintenir son ambition en essayant de s'adapter aux exigences de la réalité et aussi en revoyant ses plans, en corrigeant la destination et en réorganisant ses efforts, en faisant face aux problèmes auxquels elle est confrontée, en surmontant les obstacles et en relevant les défis en faisant de son mieux, si bien que renoncer à son ambition reste la dernière solution pour préserver sa fonction éducative. Au final, un ensemble de recommandations a été proposé, auquel s’ajoute la proposition d’un programme indicatif pour aider la famille a préparer ses enfants à leur future carrière
