Abstract

LA GOUVERNANCE DES PLATEFORMES PORTUAIRES : ESSAI D’ANALYSE DU MODE DE GOUVERNANCE QUI PERMETTRAIT L’ACCOMPAGNEMENT DES EXPORTATIONS ALGERIENNES CAS (ENTREPRISE PORTUAIRE D’ARZEW EPA). Résumé: L’Algérie s’est orientée vers l’encouragement des exportations hors hydrocarbures. L’accompagnement de cette politique nécessite l'évaluation de la gouvernance de ses plateformes portuaires d’où l’objectif de cette thèse. Par ailleurs, vu importance du sujet, elle se concentre sur la proposition d’un modèle de bonne gouvernance portuaire, cela concerne son rôle qui est appelé à contribuer avec la communauté portuaire dans tous les domaines. Ici, Moore, avance la notion de la création de la valeur publique et De Vries parle de « société de réseau » qui correspond à un mode de gouvernance. Ces objectifs ont été atteints à partir d’une revue approfondie de la littérature, mais également à partir de la réalisation d’une étude empirique menée sur la gouvernance du port d’Arzew (Algérie).
