Abstract

نيدف من خلال ىذه الد ا رسة إلى معرفة تطثلات العطل عظد العامل بالطؤسدة الصظاعية في القطاعين العام والخاص " تريفلهر " و " ميتال سيدار" لطجطع " سهفيتال" بطظطقة وى ا رن، التي تم فييطا البحث الطيداني بد ا رسة سهسيهانثروبهلهجية معتطدين على الطظيج الكيفي لهصف وتحليل تطثلاتو في سيرورة حصهلو على مظصب العطل وعهامل اندماجو واستق ا رره فيو ، التي تبين أىطية العطل عظده للخروج من البطالة ، الحصهل على أجر ، وتطهير قد ا رتو ومعارفو لتحقيق أفضل حياة اجتطاعية ،فتهصلظا أن الطؤسدة الصظاعية العامة والخاصة تداىم في خلق مظاصب العطل معتطدة على طرق مهضهعية وعهامل أساسية لاستق ا رر عطاليا وتطهير حياتيم الطيظية حدب تطثلات العطل فييا في ظل التغي ا رت التظعيطية التي عرفتيا والدهسيهاقتصادية للطجتطع.Nous visons à travers cette étude à connaître les représentations du travail de travailleur dans l'entreprise industriel des secteurs public et privé « TRIFILOR » et « METAL SIDER » de le complexe «CEVITAL » de la région d’Oran dans lequel la recherche de terrain a été réalisée avec une étude socio-anthropologique, basée sur l'approche qualitative pour décrire et analyser ses représentations dans le processus d'obtention le poste du travail et les facteurs de son intégration et de sa stabilité au sien de l'entreprise , qui montrent l'importance au travail pour sortir du chômage, obtenir un salaire, et développer ses capacités et ses connaissances pour atteindre la meilleure vie sociale. Nous avons trouvé que l'établissement industriel public et privé contribue à la création d'emplois pour ses candidats sur la base de méthodes objectives et de facteurs fondamentaux pour leur stabilité et le développement de leur vie professionnelle selon les représentations du travail qu'il contient, a lumière des changements organisationnels qu'elle as connus et des changements socio-économiques de la société.aim through this study to know the representations of the work of the worker in the industrial establishment of the public and private sectors "TRIFILOR" and "METAL SIDER" of the complex "CEVITAL" of the Oran region in which the field research was carried out with a socio-anthropological study, based on the qualitative approach to describe and analyze its representations in the process of obtaining the job and the factors of its integration and its stability within the company, which show the importance of work to get out of unemployment, get a salary, and develop skills and knowledge to achieve the best social life. We have found that the public and private industrial establishment contributes to the creation of jobs for its candidates on the basis of objective methods and fundamental factors for their stability and the development of their professional life according to the representations of the work it contains. , in light of the organizational changes it has experienced and the socio-economic changes in society.
