Abstract

واجهت الج ا زئر الإرهاب دون مساعدة خارجیة، وتسبب لها في جملة من الأزمات الخارجیة في ضل الموقف السلبي للمجتمع الدولي، إلى حین أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001 أین تفهم المجتمع الدولي موقف الج ا زئر، وعلیه تبنت الج ا زئر جملة من معاهدات التنسیق، والش ا ركة الأمنیة، ولكن مع انطلاق الحرب الاستباقیة لا ا زلت الج ا زئر تحاول خلق توازن ما بین عقیدتها الأمنیة، ودورها داخل التحالف الدولي؛ بوضع مقاربة أمنیة تحمي مصالحها دون الوقوع في فخ الحرب بالوكالة.Algeria faced terrorism without international aid, which provoked external crises and a negative position of the international community, until the events of September 11, 2001, when we understood Algeria's position, and we adopted a set of security coordination and partnership treaties, but with the launch of preventive war, Algeria is still trying to create a balance between its security doctrine and its role within the international coalition; By developing a security approach that protects its interests without falling into the trap of proxy war.L'Algérie a fait face au terrorisme sans aide international, ce qui a provoqué des crises extérieure et une position négative de la communauté internationale, jusqu'aux événements du 11 septembre 2001, où on a compris la position de l'Algérie, et on a adopté un ensemble de traités de coordination et de partenariat de sécurité, mais avec le lancement de la guerre préventive, l'Algérie tente toujours de créer un équilibre entre sa doctrine sécuritaire et son rôle au sein de la coalition internationale; En développant une approche sécuritaire qui protège ses intérêts sans tomber dans le piège de la guerre par procuration.
