Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تتبع المسار المقاولاتي لمجموعة من المقاولين للوقوف على الأسباب الحقيقة الكامنة وراء نجاح أو فشل المسعى المقاولاتي، و ذلك من خلال كشف الخلفيات الايديولوجية للتوجه الاقتصادي الجزائري، و تفكيك آليات البنية التقليدية للمجتمع المحلي التي لخصناها في المحددات المقاولاتية، و التي لا زالت تعمل بشكل مضمر كونها تشكل ضابطا و موجها لسلوكيات الأفراد و الجماعات، ثم قياس مدى انسجامها و توافقها مع مبادئ المنظومة الحداثية، و على وجه الخصوص، الروح المقاولاتية. هذان النموذجان السلوكيان اللذان يبدوان أنهما يتصارعان بشكل لا واع داخل الذات الاجتماعية، الأول كروح تراثية تاريخية تسعى إلى الصمود و التجدد، و الثاني كحتمية حداثية فرضتها آليات التثاقف و العولمة.Cette étude vise à retracer le parcours entrepreneurial d'un ensemble d'entrepreneurs pour découvrir les vraies raisons du succès ou de l'échec de l’effort entrepreneuriale, en essayant de déterminer les contextes idéologiques de la tendance de l’économie Algérienne, et en démantelant la structure traditionnelles de la société locale que nous avons tenté de définir objectivement comme déterminants entrepreneurials. Ces déterminants socioculturels et économiques fonctionnent encore implicitement car ils influent sur le comportement des individus et des groupes. Nous essayons également de mesurer l'étendue de leur harmonie et leur compatibilité avec les principes du système moderniste, et en particulier, l'esprit entrepreneurial. Ces deux modes de comportement semblent se heurter inconsciemment au sein de l'imaginaire collectif, le premier comme esprit du patrimoine historique en quête de résilience et de renouveau, et le second comme impératif de modernisme imposé par les mécanismes d'acculturation et de mondialisation.This study aims to trace the entrepreneurial path of a set of entrepreneurs to discover the real reasons for the success or failure of the entrepreneurial effort, trying to determine the ideological origins that are behind the economic trend in the Algerian society, and by dismantling the traditional structure of local society that we have tried to define objectively as entrepreneurial determinants. These socio-cultural and economic determinants still operate implicitly because of their impact on the individuals and groups behaviors. We also try to measure the extent of their harmony and compatibility with the principles of the modernist system, and in particular, the entrepreneurial spirit. These two modes of behavior seem to collide unconsciously within the collective imagination, the first as a spirit of historical heritage in search of withstand and renewal, and the second as an imperative of modernism imposed by the mechanisms of acculturation and globalization.
