Abstract

Constituant un axe essentiel de toute politique de développement, l’ouverture économique et la libéralisation du commerce extérieur représentent incontestablement un élément essentiel dans tout objectif visant une plus grande intégration au marché mondial. En 2002, l’Algérie a procédé à la signature de l’accord d’association avec l’Union Européenne, accord dont elle demande actuellement la renégociation pour de multiples raisons elle poursuit également sans relâche depuis plus d’une dizaine d’années d’âpres négociations destinées à lui permettre, d’accéder à l’Organisation Mondiale du Commerce. Ces deux volets constituent indéniablement un choix jugé stratégique car susceptible de dynamiser la croissance économique du pays. Pour cela, nous avons divisé notre travail en trois chapitres, dans le premier chapitre, nous intéressons aux fondements théoriques du commerce international. Nous traitons dans le deuxième l’évolution de l’économie algérienne et le processus d’ouverture économique. Le troisième chapitre sera consacré à l'analyse de l'accord d’association entre l’Algérie et l’union européenne Constituting a key feature of any development policy, economic openness and trade liberalization undoubtedly represent an essential element in any objective greater integration into the world market.
