Abstract

Le phénomène du terrorisme international est considéré comme un mode criminel parmi ceux les plus anciens de violence ,La question est devenue de plus en plus compliquée suite à la tentative de certains pays à confondre la violence terroriste et la violence de la résistance armée dans une seule boîte, ce qui empêcha les États de coopérer en vue de la lutte contre le terrorisme international, surtout après l'utilisation de la force militaire, violation du principe de non-ingérence, violation des droits de l'homme et des principes du droit international sous prétexte de lutte contre le terrorisme international d'une part et l'élimination de la résistance armée d’autre part.
