واقع المشاركة السياسية لدى الشباب في المجتمع الجز ائري.

Abstract

شكَّلت مسألة المشاركة السياسية اهتمام حقول علمية خلافية، كالعلوم السياسية وعلم الاجتماع في الأساس الأول، وذلك نظرا لعدة اعتبارات نذكر منها المُدْخلات ذات العلاقة المباشرة بهذه الظاهرة والتي هي بمثابة العوامل المؤثرة فيها، إضافة إلى المخرجات المتوقعة بصفتها الآثار المترتبة عن هذه الظاهرة، حيث تستدعي النظر والتدقيق في سياق علمي محض. بناء على ذلك أصبحت معالم هذه الدراسة الموسومة بــــ "واقع المشاركة السياسية في المجتمع الجزائري: دراسة ميدانية لدى الشباب الجامعي المنخرط في الأحزاب بمدينة مستغانم" واضحة، رغبة من الباحث للنظر في الشق الأول المذكور سلفا والمتعلق بالعوامل المؤثرة في ظاهرة المشاركة السياسية لدى فئة الشباب الجامعي الذي يمارس السياسة، انطلاقا من التساؤل المحوري التالي: ما هي العوامل المؤثرة في مسألة المشاركة السياسية لدى الشباب الجامعي في المجتمع الجزائري؟ بخلاف التساؤل المحوري الذي تنطلق منه الدراسة فإنها تشهد حضور فرضيتين، أما الأولى فكانت وفق الشكل التالي " يؤثر الوضع المادي والاجتماعي الهش في المشاركة السياسية لدى الشباب الجامعي"، ثم الفرضية الثانية ومضمونها " تدفع حالة الاغتراب السياسي بالشباب الجامعي إلى المشاركة سياسيا." من حيث السياق المنهجي تنطلق الدراسة من مجال بشري يتمثل في الشباب الجامعي المنخرط في الأحزاب وقد مثلته عينة قصدية، ومن مجال مكاني هو مستغانم إضافة مجال زمني يمتد من الموسم الدراسي (2011/2012) الى غاية الآن (2020/2021). تتبنى الدراسة المنهج الوصفي حيث سيرافق الدراسة باعتباره يلبي مطلب الوصف الكمي والكيفي الذي يسعى اليه الباحث. الى جانب حضور أداة استمارة الاستبيان والملاحظة المباشرة لجمع المعطيات الميدانية، وتقنية التحليل الاحصائي المتمثلة في برنامج spss، وانتهاء بالنظرية الماكسية بوصفها المقاربة التي سترافق الدراسة كمنظومة معرفية.

Résumé La question de la participation politique a retenu l'attention de plusieurs champs scientifiques , y compris la science politique et notamment la sociologie, cela est du a plusieurs considerations, parmi lesquelles c’est les intrants lies directement a ce phenomene, qui sont les facteurs qui est l'affectent, en outre les resultats escomptes en tant que les effets de ce phenomene, qu’il merite examiner dans un contexte purement scientifique. En consequence, les jalons de cette etude intitulee par « la realite de la participation politique des jeunes universitaires impliques dans les partis politiques » sont devenus clairs, ont suscite le desir de chercheure pour examiner la premiere partie susmentionnee aux facteurs affectant le phenomene de la participation politique a l’egarde des jeunes universitaires qui pratiquent la politique, partant de la question suivante: quels sont les facteurs affectant la question de la participation politique des jeunes universitaires dans la societe algerienne ? Par contre a la question centrale de l'etude, elle adopte deux hypotheses, la premiere etait selon la forme suivante "la situation matirielle ansi que sociale fragile affecte la participation politique des jeunes universitaires", puis la deuxieme hypothese et son contenu "l'etat d'alienation politique des jeunes universitaires les poussent a participer politiquement". En termes de contexte methodologique, l'etude basee sur un espace humain qui est represente par les jeunes universitaires impliques dans les parties, et elle etait representee encore par un echantillon intentionnel. en suite l'etude adopte ainsi que la methode descriptive car elle accompagnera l'etude parce qu'elle repond a l'exigence de description quantitative et qualitative qui est demande d’aupres le chercheur. en outre la presence l'outil de questionnaire et l'observation directe, ainsi que la technique d'analyse statistique representee par le programme spss, et se terminant par la theorie marxiste comme l’approche qui accompagnera l'etude.

Abstrait The political participation formed an interest in ethical scientific fields, such as political science and sociology in the first basis, due to several considerations among which we mention interventions that are directly related to this phenomenon with the factors affecting it. In addition to the expected outputs as the effects of this phenomenon , it needs a view and scrutiny in a scientific context.so the factors of this study marked with "" the reality of political participation among University youth involved in parties " the disire of the researcher is so clear to consider the first part mentioned previously related to factors affecting the phenomenon of political participation among the University youth class who practices politics based on the central questions "What are the factors affecting the issue if political participation of University youth in Algerian society"

Accordingly, the features of this study tagged with “the reality of political participation in the Algerian society: a field study of university youth involved in parties in Mostaganem city” became clear. The researcher's desire to consider the aforementioned first part related to the factors affecting the phenomenon of political participation among the university youth group Who practices politics, based on the following central question: : What are the factors affecting the issue of political participation of university youth in Algerian society? In contrast to the central question from which the study starts, it witnesses the presence of two hypotheses. As for the first one, according to the following form, “the fragile material and social situation affects the political participation of university youth,” then the second hypothesis and its content “pushes the state of political alienation in university youth to participate politically.”

In terms of the methodological context, the study starts from a human field represented by university youth who are involved in the parties and was represented by an intentional sample, The study adopts the descriptive approach, as it will accompany the study as it meets the requirement of quantitative and qualitative description that the researcher seeks. In addition to attending the questionnaire form tool and direct observation to collect field data, the statistical analysis technique represented by the spss program, and ending with the maxi theory as the approach that will accompany the study as a knowledge system.
