الاغتراب الوظيفي وعلاقته بالاحتراق النفسي وأثرهما على الأداء التربوي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة علاقة الاغتراب الوظيفي بالاحتراق النفسي وأثرهما على الأداء التربوي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بالأغواط،، وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للدراسة باعتباره الأنسب للدراسة الحالية، وقد شملت الدراسة على عينة استطلاعية قوامها90 أستاذ من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي لقياس الصدق والثبات لأدوات الدراسة وقد اعتمد الباحث في أدوات جمع البيانات على ثلاث استبيانات وفق متغيرات الدراسة ( الاغتراب الوظيفي، الاحتراق النفسي، الأداء التربوي) ، وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة معنوية بين الاغراب الوظيفي الاحتراق النفسي، وبوجود تأثير معنوي للاغتراب الوظيفي للاحتراق النفسي على الأداء التربوي، وبعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات الاغتراب الوظيفي والاحتراق النفسي والأداء التربوي تبعا لمتغير التخصص، السن، الجنس، المؤهل التعليمي، وبوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات الاغتراب الوظيفي والاحتراق النفسي والأداء التربوي مكان العمل، الخبرة. This study aims to examine the relationship between Work Alienation and Burnout and their impact on job performance of secondary school teachers in Laghouat. The descriptive analytical approach was seen as the most appropriate for this kind of study.The study involved a survey sample consisting of 90 teachers from secondary school to measure the reliability and consistency of the study tools. Three main questionnaires have been applied with accordance to the variables of the study (Work Alienation, Burnout, and Job Performance). And finally, there are statistical differences among the averages of Work Alienation, Burnout, and Job Performance depending on the specialty’s variable (experience, age, gender, competence, and job location). The results showed that there is indeed a relationship between Work Alienation and Burnout, and both share an impact on Job Performance. They also showed that there are no such statistical differences among the averages of Work Alienation, Burnout, and Job Performance depending on the specialty’s variable (age, gender, competence). However, there are after all, statistical differences among those averages, only depending on the variables of experience and work location. Cette récente étude a pour but la connaissance de la relation entre l'aliénation fonctionnelle et le burnout et leur impact sur l'acte éducatif & cas des enseignants des lycées de Laghouat le chercheur a opté pour la méthode analytique descriptive Comma ! Méthode d'étude peu qu'elle convient à ce genre de recherche. Cette dernière a prés comme échantillon de pre enquête quatre vingt dis (90) enseignants lycéens afin de mesurer l'honnêteté et la constance des outils de l'étude . Pour le collecte des informations le chercheur s est basé sur trois (03) questionnaires selon les variantes de l'étude (l'aliénation fonctionnelle burnout et l'acte éducatif). Les résultats de l'étude se sont conclus par l'existence d'une relation immatérielle entre l'aliénation Fonctionnelle et le burnout, ainsi qu'un effet moral de l'aliénation fonctionnelle et du burnout Sur l acte éducatif et la non existence de différences a signification statistique entre les moyennes de l'aliénation fonctionnelle du burnout et de l'acte éducatif suivant le variant l acte Spécialité, l'âge, le sexe, le niveau d instruction et l'existence de ces différences a signification statistique entre les moyennes de l'aliénation fonctionnelle du berment et de l'acte éducatif dans le lieu de travail et l expérience.
