الحراك الاجتماعي للعاملين في القطاع غير الرسمي في المجتمع الجزائري

Abstract

لقد ركزنا في هذه الدراسة بصفة رئيسية حول التعرّف على أنشطة القطاع غير الرسمي وواقع العاملين فيه، بالإضافة إلى معرفة العوامل المساعدة على تفاقمه، وانعكاسه على البنية الحضرية للمدينة؛ هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى مناقشة وتحليل أوضاع العاملين في سوق العمل الحضري غير الرسمي، وذلك لإلقاء نظرة شاملة عليهم وعلى مشكلاتهم في ضوء خصوصية المجتمع الجزائري،كما بينا طبيعة أنشطة القطاع غير الرسمي والخصائص الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية للعاملين في القطاع غير الرسمي ومدى تأثير أنشطة القطاع غير الرسمي على تحقيق الحراك الاجتماعي؟ Dans cette recherche nous nous sommes principalement attaché à identifier les différentes activités du secteur informel et à montrer le vécu quotidien des acteurs employés dans le secteur. Il est intéressant de connaitre les différents facteurs favorisant son expansion, et par la suite saisir son impact visible sur la structure urbaine dans son ensemble. Pour ce faire, nous avons mis en exergue la nature des activités de ce secteur, en soulignant les caractéristiques démographiques, sociales, économiques des travailleurs informels. Notre approche sociologique consiste à analyser essentiellement les effets des activités du secteur informel sur la mobilité sociale In this research, we mainly focused on identifying the various activities of the informal sector and showing the daily experience of the actors employed in the sector. It is interesting to know the various factors that favor its expansion, and subsequently to grasp its visible impact on the urban structure as a whole. To do this, we have highlighted the nature of the activities of this sector, highlighting the demographic, social and economic characteristics of informal workers. Our sociological approach is essentially to analyze the effects of informal sector activities on social mobility.
