الوضعية السوسيومهنية للقائمات بالاتصال في الصحافة المكتوبة الجزائرية

Abstract

لقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة ان نقوم باستكشاف ووصف الوضعية السوسيومهنية للمرأة الصحفية العاملة بالصحافة المكتوبة اليومية الجزائرية كضرورة بحثية تستوجب الاهتمام ،حيث تسعى الدراسة الى رصد و توصيف واقع المجتمع الصحفي النسوي في الجزائر من الناحية الديمغرافية الى جانب مستويات التعليم والدخل الاقتصادي والانتماء النقابي وآليات الأداء المهني وكذا استطلاع الصعوبات والمعوقات التي تواجه المرأة الصحفية. لذا استعنا في بحثنا هذا بالمنهج المسحي الميداني التحليلي ، كما اعمدنا على اداة الاستبيان وزعناها على عينة من الصحفيات قوامها 190 مفردة من العاملات في مختلف الصحف التي تصدر من الجزائر حيث بلغت عينة الصحف 55 اغلبها جرائد مستقلة Nous avons essayé à travers cette étude de procéder à l’exploration et la description de la situation socioprofessionnelle de la femme Algérienne comme nécessité de recherche. L’étude porte sur la description et détection de la réalité de la Société journalistique féminine en Algérie, d’un point de vie démographique, en surplus des niveaux scolaires, la rente économique, l’appartenance syndicale, ainsi que la détection des difficultés et des obstacles que la femme journaliste fait face. Sur quoi, nous avons utilisé dans notre recherche cette méthode analytique sur le terrain. Nous avons aussi utilisé un questionnaire que nous avons distribué à un échantillon de 190 journalistes femmes, exerçant dans 55 journaux Algériens, dont la majorité est indépendante. We have tried through this study, to explore and describe the social and professional situation of the woman journalist who works at the daily Algerian written press as the research necessity. The study is on description and detection of the feminine journalist society in Algeria at a demographic point of view, in addition to syndicate adhesion , obstacles and difficulties detecting that the woman journalist faces. We have used at our research a survey that we distributed among a sample of 190 women journalists working at 55 Algerian newspapers , mostly independent
