Abstract

الملخص باللغة العربية. إن إشكالية العولمة و علاقتها بالتطرف، إشكالية عميقة و مضطربة في آن معا؛حيث لم يشهد الوقت الراهن مصطلحات مماثلة للتوظيف و الاستهلاك كالعولمة والتطرف بمختلف تجلياته ـــ الأصولية، العنف، الإرهاب... ـــــ لذا فالإشكالية عميقة عمق التاريخ الإنساني من جانب، ذلك أن النزعة نحو العالمية هي نزعة إن أرخنا لجذورها فإنها قطعا تمتد لتؤرخ بقدر تاريخ الإنسان نفسه، الذي لا ينفك بنحو نحو كل ما هو عالمي ومتسع رغبة منه في نشر أفكاره و ثقافته من جهة، و حبا منه في اكتشاف كل مغاير ومختلف عنه من جهة ثانية. فالعالمة هي عملية صيرورة تاريخية تشكلت ملامحها وفقا للتشكلات التاريخية الصانعة لتاريخ الإنسان و فكره و إن كانت قد اتخذت شكلها النهائي في عصرنا الحالي على شكل العولمة. ثم إنها أي ــــ العلاقة أو الإشكالية ــــ مضطربة باعتبار أن الموضوعين العولمة/التطرف حلقتان فاعلتان داخل شبكة العلاقات الدولية القائمة اليوم، إذ أن ترابطهما منعكس بقوة في جملة التغيرات السياسية و الاقتصادية التي يمر بها العالم اليوم المعاصر للعولمة. ففرض منطق الأقوياء من قبل المتحكمين في العولمة، كان له كبير الأثر في إثارة الظواهر العنيفة و المتطرفة على جميع الأصعدة الداخلية والخارجية،باعتبار أن هذه الأخيرة ـــــ العولمة ـــــ و من خلال تجلياتها على جميع الميادين الاقتصادية و السياسية و الثقافية و...إلخ، جعلت من الاختراق أداة و التحكم في مجرى الاقتصاد و السياسة العالميتين هدف و منهجا باعتبار أن كل خصوصية تعتبر تهديدا مباشرا. فالممارسة النقدية للفكرة لا بد و أن تكشف لنا عن أبعاد أخرى في فكرة "العولمة" الغول الذي يدمر كل شيء، أبعاد تجعل منها عنوانا للحرية و المساواة تجمع تحتها جميع الأطياف العرقية و الإثنية و الفكرية خصوصا مع تغير الخريطة السكانية للعالم مع الحملات الكبيرة للهجرة التي تغير الموازين الثقافية و تستوجب من الكل العمل على خلق نسيج علائقي جديد بعيد كل البعد عن التقوقع داخل الخصوصيات الثقافية و الفكرية الصانعة للحواجز بين البشر، في طرح جديد من السلام و التعايش العالمي لا المعولم.
