Abstract

In order to understanding both the history and the performances of a cooperative and succeeded regional partnership it is so necessary to understand the reasons behind constructing such regional political, economic and social Partnership. The Euro-Mediterranean Partnership was established and designed to cope with all kinds of potential threats emerging from the south Mediterranean countries because of the need of urgent reforms , and secondly to enhance the development in these countries and sharing the benefits of the economics .
