Abstract

Reconciliation represent the best way to overcome the crisis, it has managed to Algeria through civil concord encircle the security threat and reconciliation occupied a priority in the national policy agenda. The evolution in the Algerian case reached a level of maturity, to the point made it imposes itself on the local and international levels after the decimal bloody Algerian people lived. National reconciliation as a concept with the emergence of the political crisis caused by the abolition of the electoral process in the 26December, 1991 and the subsequent outbreak of violence in Algeria has led to a serious deterioration in the security situation appeared. The reconciliation came political and popular as a requirement in reaction to the deteriorating security situation on the one hand, and in order to surround the political and security crisis that has reached the country of destination.
