Abstract

The Bougarra Dam is an important water resource in the Sarso Plain; becauseof its location in an agricultural area and its role in the development of the region in several areas, it is nevertheless suffering from considerable neglect and has led to the death of fish stocks and the damage to the ocean. In addition to the fact that the region is in constant need of water and from which the dam water has been mainly relied on in various agricultural activities, as well as the cultivation of fertilizer and the creation of tourist spaces. One of the biggest problems in the dam is the pollution that led to many other problems such as the fish death and the deterioration of the alasquist environment. so the official actors therefore proposed some scenarios, procedures and mechanisms to face these problems.
