Abstract

يعتبر نقل البضائع عن طريق الحاويات من أهم طرق النقل المساهمة في النهضة الحديثة المرتبطة بعملية النقل البحري على مستوى العالم، و نظ ا ر لأهميته البالغة، فقد ركزت الدول على تطوير أساااااطيلها البحرية و موانئها، لكي تصاااابد ةادرى على مواكبة و مسااااايرى التطور البال الساااارعة و التقدم بتكنلوجيا التحوية، و ذلك عن طريق تدخل المشااااارل الدولي بسااااان ترساااااانة من ااتتاةيات الدولية، التي تساااااعى طلى تحقيق تكامل بين وساااااائ النقل المختلتة، و اانتقال من النقل أحادي الواساااااطة طلى النقل متعدد الوساااااائ ، و كذا طنجاة عملية النقل من الباا طلى الباا، بشاااااكل سااااااهم في تغيير متهوم الميناء التقليدي طلى المتهوم الحديث، و هو ما يسمى بميناء الحاويات أو نهائي الحاويات.Le transport des marchandises par conteneur est l’un des moyens de transport les plus importants, contribuant à la modernisation maritime dans le monde. Compte tenu de son importance, les pays sont concentrés sur le développement de leurs flottes navales, et de leurs ports, afin de pouvoir suivre le rythme extrêmement rapide du développement de la technologie maritime. Grâce à l’intervention du législateur, qui a contribué dans ce domaine « des conventions internationales », et qui cherche à réaliser le transfert du transport uniforme à un transport multiforme. Par ailleurs ; le succès du transport du « porte à porte », a contribué largement, à changer le concept traditionnel à un concept moderne, c’est ce qu’on appelle le port à conteneurs ou terminal à conteneurs.The trasport of goods by container is one of the most important means of transportation, contributing to maritime modernization worldwide. Given its significance, countries are focused on developing their naval fleets and ports to effectively keep up with the remarkably swift progress in maritime technology. Considering to the intervention of lawmakers, who have contributed through international conventions, efforts are being made to achieve a shift from uniform transport to multimodal transport. Furthermore, the success of door-to-door transport has greatly contributed to changing the traditional concept to a modern one, known as container ports or container terminals.
