Abstract

Le sujet du travail salarié et sa relation à la précarité professionnelle des groupes socio-professionnels en Algérie est parmi les rares sujets à aborder, et pour cela nous aborderons dans cette étude l'analyse du phénomène de la précarité qui touche la catégorie des travailleurs contractuels et on observer leur quotidien et les pratiques sociales qui en découlent, comme nous nous sommes intéressés à observer leur travail quotidien Et le degré de leur intégration dans les espaces de l’entreprise et dans la société dans son ensemble, où cette étude visait également à connaître le niveau d'insertion professionnelle et sociale que tentent d'atteindre les enquêtés contractuels dans le contexte de fragilité et de instabilité professionnelles imposées par les nouvelles formules de régulation du travail salarié. Au final, nous avons conclu que cette phénomène affecte négativement le statut social des contractuels, conduit à des manifestations d'instabilité professionnelle et ne contribue pas à l'intégration professionnelle et sociale garantie dans l'entreprise et dans la société dans son ensemble à l'heure actuelle.The subject of salaried work and its relation to the professional job insecurity of socio-professional groups in Algeria is among the rare subjects to be addressed, and for this we will approach in this study the analysis of the phenomenon of job insecurity which affects the category of contract workers. and we observe their daily life and the social practices that flow from it, as we were interested in observing their daily work And the degree of their integration in the spaces of the company and in society as a whole, where this study also aimed to know the level of professional and social integration that contractual respondents are trying to achieve in the context of professional fragility and instability imposed by the new formulas for the regulation of salaried work. In the end, we concluded that this phenomenon negatively affects the social status of contract workers, leads to manifestations of professional instability and does not contribute to the guaranteed professional and social integration in the company and in society as a whole at work. 'actual hour.إن موضوع العمل المأجور و علاقته بالهشاشة المهنية للفئات السوسيومهنية في الج ا زئر من بين المواضيع القليلة المتحدث حولها ، و لهذا سنتطرق في هذه الد ا رسة إلى تحليل ظاهرة الهشاشة التي تعرفها الفئة العمال المتعاقدين و ملاحظة معيشهم اليومي و الممارسات الإجتماعية التي تنتج من طرفهم كما إهتممنا بملاحظة عملهم اليومي و مدى إندماجهم في فضاءات المؤسسة و في المجتمع ككل ، حيث هدفت هذه الد ا رسة أيض ا إلى معرفة مستوى الإندماج المهني و الإجتماعي الذي يحاول المبحوثين المتعاقدين الوصول إليه في سياق الهشاشة المهنية و اللاإستق ا رر المهني التي أصبحت تفرضه الصيغ الجديدة التي أصبح يتنظم العمل المأجور من خلالها . في الأخير إستخلصنا أن هذه الظاهرة تؤثر بالسلب على الحالة الإجتماعية للمتعاقدين ، و تؤدي إلى مظاهر اللاإستق ا رر المهني و لا تساعد على الإندماج المهني و الإجتماعي المضمون في المؤسسة و في المجتمع ككل في الوقت ال ا رهن .
