la Protection légale des familles démunies dans le cadre des programmes de la protection sociel . Résumé :

Le législateur algérien a prêté une grande attention à la famille, qui constitue le noyau principal servant à fonder la société et garantir sa stabilité, La protection de la famille est donc considérée, par le législateur, une obligation nationale qui se concrétise par un ensemble complet de lois , notamment la Constitution qui confirme la protection attribuée à la famille par de l’Etat et la société, ainsi que la garantie d’un niveau de vie décent pour la famille, étant donné,en particulier, le développement économique et social, et la dégradation du pouvoir d’achat, dont le premier impact est constaté sur les catégories de faible revenu. La prise en charge des familles démunies représente un des plus importants centres d’intérêt de l’Etat ; en les supportant via différents programmes de soutien et d’aide , en vue de créer un certain équilibre et une certaine stabilité au sein de la société. « Title » protection of penniless families within the framework of social protection programs . The algerian legislator paid a great attention to the family, which represents the principal core for founding the society and insuring its stability, The family protection is considered by the Algerian legislator as a national obligation that is materialized by a complete set of laws; in particular the Constitution; which affirms the protection attributed by the State and by the society to the family, as well as the guarantee of an appropriate standard of living, given, in particular, the economic and the social development, and the falling purchasing power; which impact firstly the low-income categories. The caring for penniless families constitutes one of the State most important focuses of attention, by supporting them within different programs of help and support, in order to create an equilibrium and a stability in the society العنوان " الملخص : لقد أولى المشرع الجزائري عناية خاصة بالأسرة كونها الخلية الأساسية في بناء المجتمع وإستقراراه وإعتبر حمايتها إلتزاما وطنيا جسده في مجموعة متكاملة من القوانين في مقدمتها الدستور الذي أكد على أن الأسرة تحظى بحماية الدولة والمجتمع وأكد على ضمان تمتعها بالمستوى المعيشي اللائق ، خاصة في ظل التطورات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية وإنهيار القدرة الشرائية التي أول ما تؤثر على الطبقات الضغيفة الدخل ، ولهذا بات موضوع التكفل بالأسر المعوزة أحد أهم محاور إهتمام الدولة من خلال تدعيمها بمختلف برامج الدعم والمساعدة لخلق نوع من التوازن والإستقرار في المجتمع .
