Abstract

بذل هابرماس قصارى جهوده لتحقيق مشروع فلسفي كوني وسياسة تشاورية الغرض منها تحقيق الإجماع وافتفاق بين الذوات ومشاركة كل طرف من اط ا رف الجماعة في إبداء ا رية وطرح مشاكله في ضل فضاءه العمومي دون الأخذ بعين الإعتبار الإختلاف الجنسي أو التعدد الثقافي يل ينبغي التعامل مع هذه الأط ا رف كذوات فاعلة في المجتمع وكمواطنين أح ا رر ومتساوين وعلى هذا الأساس أعطى هابرماس للقيم السياسية من مواوطنة وهوية وعدالة دلالات جديدة تماشى ومشروعه الفلسفي فلم تعد المواطنة تعنى الولاء والإنتماء إلى ارض الوطن ولم تعد تعني الهوية التمسك بقيم اللغة ودين والت ا رث كما هو الحال في الدولة الأمة الكلاسيكية بل اصبح الحديث اليوم عن موطنه عالمية ووطنية دستورية وهوية ما بعد وطنية وهي مفاهيم لا يمكن فهمها بمعزل عن الدولة الكونية ولا عن دولة الحق الديمق ا رطية.
