نشاط المرأة في الجزائر

Abstract

الملخص شهدت مكانة وادوار المرأة الجزائرية العديد من التغييرات في مختلف الأزمنة فقد كانت شريك هام وفعال إبان الاستعمار الفرنسي من خلال مساهمتها في احتضان المقاومة فسجلت العديد من الشخصيات النسوية الثورية مواقف لا يستهان بها. أما بعد الاستقلال شاركت في مرحلة التشييد والبناء لكن لم يتواصل ذلك كثيرا لأنها توارت عن الحياة العامة لفترات طويلة بصفة خاصة في المجال الاقتصادي نظرا للعديد من العوامل والأسباب التي أعاقت خروجها إلى العمل لأنه أثار الكثير من الجدل فانعكس سلبيا على معدلات العمل النسوية التي بقيت لفترات عديدة ضمن التصنيفات الضعيفة دوليا . على غرار ذلك، أضاف عمل المرأة خارج البيت دور جديد لها فأضحت تواجه صعوبات فيما يتعلق بالتوفيق ما بين كل دورها كربة بيت وعاملة، فمن خلال هذه الدراسة تم تسليط الضوء على تطور اليد العاملة النسوية على المستوى الوطني وكذا في ولاية وهران، إضافة إلى معرفة أهم التغييرات والانعكاسات المرأة العاملة سواء على مستوى كيانها الشخصي أو على أفراد أسرتها من خلال تحليل ومناقشة بيانات الدراسة الميدانية.

Abstract The roles and status of Algerian women have undergone many changes in different times. They were an important and effective partner during the French colonization By contributing to the embrace of the resistance, many revolutionary feminists held significant positions. After independence, she took part in the construction phase but it didn’t go very far because she was absent from public life for long periods especially in the economic process due to many factors and reasons that hindered her exit to work because it raised a lot of controversy and negatively affected the rates of female labor that remained for many periods Among internationally weak classifications. Similarly, the work of women outside the home has added a new role to it, and it is facing difficulties in reconciling its role as housewife and worker. Through this study, the development of women's labor has been highlighted at the national level as well as in Oran, Changes and Implications Women working both at the level of their personal entity and their family members through analysis and discussion of field study data.

Résumé Le statut et Les rôles des femmes algériennes ont subi de nombreux changements à différentes époques. Elles ont été un partenaire important et efficace pendant la colonisation française.
