Résumé: | This research has revealed the relationship of motivation to the level of performance of workers through a case study carried-out at the National Enterprise of Paints based in the city of Oran. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed to the employees of this institution. The results showed that motivation plays a major role in raising job performance; however, other factors may affect the staff’s performance including the personal and social aspects, work experience, and loyalty towards the institution. |
