Beitrag des LMD-Systems zur Vorbereitung der Studenten auf den Arbeitsmarkt

Abstract

All German students after graduating from the Abitur have to choose a foreign language while applying for joining university. Choosing a foreign language in this stage is important since it is linked to the future and students ‘career prospects. Such a system reveals the strong relations hip between acquiring foreign language, under gradutestudies and the labor market. With the integration of the LMD system in the Algerian universities many prevailing thought has been changing. The LMD system aims at learning and training the students unique subjects and methodologies. It also comes to give the learner the opportunity to discover the labor market and how to integrate it. The LMD system includes subjects that prepare the under gradute students for the labor market, through emphasizing learning foreign languages and technic al languages as well. With these subjects, students will be able to acquire the appropriate knowledge that enable them to be well prepared to compete in labor market. With the assistance of new tought foreign language the LMD system grants, students will be able to seek their jobs and improve their career future after passing this diploma. Moreover, acquiring technical language in LMD system, will help students while seaching for a work in their early stage after graduation.
