Abstract

Developments in the massmedia during the last two decades thanks to satellites and the emergence of the World Wide Web, have created a new phenomenon which is the electronic media, that led to modern media practice and scientific research. In this research paper we will try to highlight the new practice of the media to understand the technological developments in the elements of the communication process, the transmitter, the message, the code, and the receiver, in order to evoke the emergence of the concepts of the electronic press, the electronic journalist, the electronic editorial, the production of electronic journalism and the electronic public.
