Abstract

Résumé : Régime des oeuvres de traduction en droit de la propriété littéraire et artistique——Étude comparative. Cette étude vise à aborder le système juridique auquel s'appliquent les oeuvres de traduction dans la perspective de l'ordonnance n° 03-05 relative au droit d'auteur et aux droits voisins, où elle vise à clarifier l'adaptation juridique de ces oeuvres dans le cadre de la propriété littéraire et artistique, ainsi que le contenu des droits y afférents, ainsi que le système de protection dont bénéficient ces oeuvres dans le cadre du droit d'auteur, d'autant plus que le législateur n'a traité directement de ces ouvrages qu'à travers quelques articles seulement, et il n'a pas défini précisément son propre régime.
