Abstract

الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر الإبداع التكنولوجي بنوعيه (الإبداع في المنتج والإبداع في العملبة) على جودة منتجات مؤسسة ابتكار تحويل البوليمار (ITP) ببئر الجير –وهران، من خلال دراسة عينة مكونة من (111) مفــــــــردة. وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS 20.0)؛ وعلى إثر ذلك تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) للإبداع التكنولوجي على مستوى جودة منتجات مؤسسة ابتكار تجويل البوليمار (ITP) ببئر الجير- وهران؛ كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى المعنوية (α=0.05) في متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة حول مستوى الإبداع التكنولوجي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير العمر، المؤهل العلمي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى المعنوية (α=0.05) في متوسطات إجابات أفراد العينة حول مستوى جودة المنتجات في المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعزى لمتغير العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإبـــــــداع، الإبداع التكنولوجي، الإبداع في المنتــــــج، الإبداع في العملية، الجـــودة، جـــــودة المنتج، أبعــــــاد الجــــودة، مؤسسة (ITP).

Abstract This study aims to test the impact of technological innovation in its two types (product innovation and process innovation) on the quality of the products of the institution of innovating Polymer Transformation (ITP) in Bir El Djir - Oran, both by studying a sample composed of (111) individuals. In light of this, data were identified, synthesized and hypotheses and evaluated using SPSS 20.0. As a result, a number of results were obtained, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level (α = 0.05) of technological innovation on the level of quality of products from Polymer Innovation Transformation in Bir El Djir - Oran; The results obtained from the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the average responses of the sample members regarding the level of technological innovation in the institution studied, attributed to the variable of age and academic level and qualification. Furthermore, the study revealed the existence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) in the average responses of the sample members regarding the level of product quality in the institution studied, attributed to the variables of age, educational qualification, and years of experience. Résumé Cette étude a pour objet de tester l'impact de l'innovation technologique dans ses deux types (innovation produit et innovation procédé) sur la qualité des produits de l'institution d’innover la Transformation Polymère (ITP) au niveau de la commune Bir El Djir - Oran, tant en étudiant un échantillon composé de (111) individus. À la lumière de cela, les données ont été recensées, synthétisés et les hypothèses et évaluées à l’aide de SPSS 20.0. En conséquence, un certain nombre de résultats ont été obtenus, dont le plus important est la présence d'un effet statistiquement significatif au niveau (α = 0,05) de l'innovation technologique sur le niveau de qualité des produits de la Polymer Innovation Transformation en Bir El Djir - Oran; Les résultats obtenus de l'étude ont également montré qu'il y avait des différences statistiquement significatives au niveau de signification (α = 0,05) dans les réponses moyennes des membres de l'échantillon concernant le niveau d'innovation technologique dans l'institution étudiée, attribuéeà la variable de l'âge et du niveau académique et qualification. En outre, l'étude a révélé l'existence de différences statistiquement significatives au niveau de signification (α = 0,05) dans les réponses moyennes des membres de l'échantillon concernant le niveau de qualité du produit dans l'institution étudiée, attribuées aux variables d'âge, de qualification scolaire, et des années d'expérience.
