Abstract

« Étude sociologique de la fatwa et du lien social : La famille algérienne comme modèle »

Résumé : Dans cette recherche Nous aborderons, la fonction sociale de la « Fatwa », il est à savoir qu’elle met en exergue les vrais problèmes de la société algérienne au quotidien, en particulier les sujets en rapport avec le lien social. Cela qui fait d’elle un champ et un sujet d’étude fort intéressant pour ce qu’elle offre comme contenu riche et actualisé en matière d’étude et d’analyse. Dans cette perspective, l’approche sociologique de la fatwa, envisagée comme cadre à la fois méthodologique et heuristique, offre des outils analytiques pertinents pour appréhender les transformations profondes affectant les relations sociales, ainsi que les recompositions de l’institution familiale, tant au niveau de ses structures que de ses contenus normatifs et symboliques

« Sociological Study of Fatwa and Social Bond : The Algerian Family as a Model » Abstract : In this research, we address the social function of the "Fatwa," noting that it highlights the real problems of Algerian society on a daily basis, particularly topics related to social bonds. This makes it an interesting field and subject of study, offering rich and up-to-date content for research and analysis. From this perspective, a sociological approach to the fatwa, conceived as both a methodological and heuristic framework, provides relevant analytical tools for understanding the profound transformations affecting social relations, as well as the reconfigurations of the family institution, both in terms of its structures and its normative and symbolic contents.

" دراسة سوسيولوجيّة للفتوى والرّابط الاجتماعي، العائلة الجزائريّة نموذجا" :الملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى مقاربة الوظيفة الاجتماعية لـ"الفتوى"، باعتبارها مدخلًا كاشفًا لجملة من الإشكالات الواقعية التي يوجهها المجتمع الجزائري، لا سيما تلك المرتبطة بطبيعة الروابط الاجتماعية وتحولاتها. فالفتوى، بما تقدّمه من مضامين راهنة ومتجددة، تمثّل مجالًا بحثيًا بالغ الأهمية، إذ تتيح تتبّع مختلف تموضعات الرابط الاجتماعي الذي أصبح يخضع لمسارات متسارعة من التغير والتحول. كما يكشف تزايد الطلب الاجتماعي على الفتوى عن مظاهر ترهّل هذا الرابط الاجتماعي، وما يعتريه من هشاشة، إلى جانب نزوع متنامٍ نحو الفردانية على حساب البنى الجماعية التقليدية. ومن هذا المنطلق، تبرز سوسيولوجيا الفتوى كإطار منهجي ومعرفي يتيح فهمًا أعمق للتحولات التي تطال العلاقات الاجتماعية وبنية الأسرة، سواء على مستوى الشكل أو المضمون، بما يعكس ديناميات التغير التي يشهدها المجتمع المعاصر.
