L’apport du financement participatif au financement des PME Cas : PME algériennes 2021-2024

Abstract

Résumé : Cette thèse vise à éclairer l'impact du financement participatif sur les PME en Algérie. Dans cette perspective, notre étude empirique quantitative menée auprès des PME algériennes a révélé un impact positif du financement participatif sur ces entreprises. Les résultats indiquent que les PME sont optimistes quant aux avantages offerts par ce nouveau mode de financement, notamment en termes de simplicité et de rapidité des procédures de financement. De plus, elles soulignent l'importance pour les pouvoirs publics de stimuler cette jeune industrie et de prendre en charge le cadre réglementaire du financement participatif, considéré comme l'une des préoccupations majeures des investisseurs pour participer à des projets de cette nature. Mots clés : Crowdfunding ; PME ; plateforme ; Algérie. Abstract : This thesis aims to shed light on the impact of participatory financing on SMEs in Algeria. With this in mind, our quantitative empirical study of Algerian SMEs revealed a positive impact of participatory financing on these businesses. The results indicate that SMEs are optimistic about the advantages offered by this new method of financing, particularly in terms of the simplicity and speed of financing procedures. In addition, they stress the importance of the government stimulating this young industry and taking charge of the regulatory framework for participatory financing, which is seen as one of the major concerns of investors wishing to participate in projects. Key words : Crowdfunding; the crowdfunding platform; SMEs; Algeria. الملخص: تهدف هذه الأطروحة إلى تسليط الضوء على تأثير التمويل الجماعي على الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر. ومن هذا المنظور، كشفت دراستنا التجريبية الكمية التي أجريت بين الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية عن تأثير إيجابي للتمويل الجماعي على هذه الشركات. وتشير النتائج إلى أن الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة متفائلة بالمزايا التي توفرها هذه الطريقة الجديدة للتمويل، لا سيما من حيث بساطة وسرعة إجراءات التمويل. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أكدوا على أهمية قيام الحكومة بتحفيز هذا التمويل الناشئ وتولي مسؤولية الإطار التنظيمي للتمويل الجماعي، الذي يعتبر أحد الاهتمامات الرئيسية للمستثمرين للمشاركة في المشاريع. الكلمات المفتاحية: التمويل الجماعي، المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، منصات التمويل الجماعي، الجزائر.
