Abstract

إن النظام العالمي الجديد ما هو سوى واجهة جديدة للهيمنة الرأسمالية على العالم سياسيا واقتصاديا وعسكريا بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي استنزفت ثروات العالم، ويمكن الحفاظ على مقومات الدولة واحترام سيادتها من خلال بناء اقتصادياتها وبنيتها العسكرية وإعادة النظر في علاقاتها مع الغرب بما يخدم مستقبلها وجيرانها، كما أن المقاومة للمد الأمريكي لابد أن تكون ببناء تكتلات قوية من خلال التحالفات الاقتصادية والعسكرية متعددة الأقطاب خاصة روسيا والصين وضرورة توسيع دول البريكس واهتمامها بالجانب العسكري لمواجهة الناتو وأمريكا.The new world order is merely a new facade for capitalist hegemony over the world—politically, economically, and militarily—led by the United States, which has plundered the world's resources. The foundations of the state and respect for its sovereignty can be preserved by building its economy and military infrastructure and reconsidering its relations with the West in a way that serves its future and that of its neighbors. Furthermore, resistance to American expansion must involve building strong blocs through multipolar economic and military alliances, particularly with Russia and China, and the necessity of expanding the BRICS countries and focusing on their military capabilities to counter NATO and the United States. Le nouvel ordre mondial n'est qu'une façade pour l'hégémonie capitaliste sur le monde – politique, économique et militaire – menée par les États-Unis, qui ont pillé les ressources de la planète. Les fondements de l'État et le respect de sa souveraineté peuvent être préservés en renforçant son économie et son infrastructure militaire et en repensant ses relations avec l'Occident afin de servir son avenir et celui de ses voisins. De plus, la résistance à l'expansion américaine passe nécessairement par la construction de blocs solides grâce à des alliances économiques et militaires multipolaires, notamment avec la Russie et la Chine, ainsi que par l'élargissement du groupe BRICS et le renforcement de ses capacités militaires pour contrer l'OTAN et les États-Unis.
