الآليات الحكومية للحد من الفقر و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر.

Abstract

تعتبر ظاهرة الفقر من أهم الظواهر التي يعاني منها العالم بأسره، فرغم التقدم التكنولوجي الهائل الذي تشهده البشرية، ورغم ارتفاع مستويات الإنتاج الاقتصادي العالمي بشكل غير مسبوق، إلا أن الفقر ما ا زل يشكل التحدي الأكبر الذي يواجه، فيعيش اليوم ربع سكان الأرض في حالة من الفقر الشديد وقد عانت الج ا زئر كغيرها من الدول النامية في هذا المجانب حيث انها كباقي الدول النفطية حققت عوائد مالية كبيرة في السنوات الأخيرة بفعل الارتفاع الكبير الذي عرفته أسعار المحر وقات في الاسواق العالمية ، وهو ما سمح باعتماد ب ا رمج تنموية طموحة بهدف ترقية وبعث الاستما ا رت في القطاع الحقيق وتنويع مصادر دخل الاقتصاد الوطني واخ ا رجه من التبعية للمحروقات غير ان المتتبع للوضع الاقتصادي الوطني في الوقت ال ا رهن يتضح له مدى استم ا رر تبعيته للمحروقات وضعف أداء قطاعاته الإنتاجية ، وهو ما يشكل خطر على الاقتصاد الوطني والامن الاجتماعي ، وفي ظل هذه الظروف لابد من البحث عن السبل المناسبة لخلق وبناء اقتصاد وطني قوي يتميز بالتنوع في مصادر دخله يعد مطلب ملح وضروري ، وتهدف هذه الرسالة الى القاء الضوء على العلاقة بين الفقر والنمو الاقتصادي والسعي لارساء مجموعة من الحلول من اجل التقليل من حدة الفقر والعمل على رفع مستوى المعيشيةThe phenomenon of poverty is considered one of the most important phenomena that the whole world suffers from , despite the tremendous technological progress that humanity is witnessing ,and 362 despite the unprecedented rise in global economic production levels , but poverty still constitutes the biggest challenge facing it .today aquarter of the earth’s population lives in a state of poverty .algeria has suffered ,like otherdevloping countries , in this aspect as it , like other oil producing countries , has achieved great financial returns in recent years due to the significant rise in fuel prices in global markets .This allowed the adoption of ambitious development programs with the aim of promoting and sending investments in the real sector and diversifying the sources of income of the national economy and removing it from dependence on hydrocarbons . the national economy and social security , and in linght of these circumstances , it is necessary to search for appropriate ways to creat and build a strong national economy characterizes by diversity in its sources of income , which is an urgent and necessary requirement povertyalleviation and work to raise the standard of living.
