Abstract

الملخص:يوفر التكوين الجامعي لأخصائيي المكتبات والمعلومات في الجزائر قاعدة نظرية جيدة، إضافة إلى أنه يحتاج إلى التطوير من أجل مسايرة متطلبات المكتبات الجامعية ومتطلبات العصر الرقمي، بغية تحقيق ممارسة مهنية فعالة، فالمؤهل العلمي للمكتبي مؤشر جيد لضمان التكيف مع المهام المهنية المنوطة به، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر التكوين الجامعي لأخصائي المكتبات على تطوير الممارسة المهنية في المكتبات الجامعية بالغرب الجزائري بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه نتائج الدراسة أن التكوين الجامعي للعينة المدروسة لا يتماشا كليا مع المتطلبات الحالية للمكتبة الجامعية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بإعداد برامج تكوينية تتوافق وتطلعات الموارد البشرية بالمكتبة الجامعية في العصر الرقميAbstract :University training for library and information specialists in Algeria provides a good theoretical basis, in addition to the fact that it needs to be developed in order to keep pace with the requirements of university libraries and the requirements of the digital age, in order to achieve effective professional practice. The academic qualification of the librarian is a good indicator to ensure adaptation to the professional tasks assigned to him, as this study aims to show the impact of university training for library specialists on developing professional practice in university libraries in western Algeria by relying on the descriptive approach One of the most important findings of the study is that the university composition of the studied sample is not fully consistent with the current requirements of the university library. The study recommended preparing training programs that are compatible with the aspirations of human resources in the university library in the digital age.Résumé :La formation universitaire des bibliothécaires et spécialistes de l’information en Algérie fournit une bonne base théorique, outre le fait qu’elle doit être développée afin de suivre les exigences des bibliothèques universitaires et les exigences de l’ère numérique, afin d’atteindre une pratique professionnelle efficace. La qualification académique du bibliothécaire est un bon indicateur pour assurer l’adaptation aux tâches professionnelles qui lui sont assignées, comme cette étude vise à montrer l’impact de la formation universitaire des bibliothécaires sur le développement de la pratique professionnelle dans les bibliothèques universitaires en Algérie occidentale en s’appuyant sur l’approche descriptive L’un des résultats les plus importants de l’étude est que la composition universitaire des étudiés l’échantillon n’est pas entièrement conforme aux exigences actuelles de la bibliothèque universitaire. L’étude a recommandé de préparer des programmes de formation compatibles avec les aspirations des ressources humaines dans la bibliothèque universitaire à l’ère numérique.
